All American Pools

Chris has been working on my pool for about 4 years now. He is very knowledgable and competent. I mostly use him to clean my filter a few times a year but occasionally he has replaced a pump and fixed a few other things. Most pool services do a satisfactory job of cleaning the filter. Chris does an excellent job disassembling everything and making sure everything is clean and in good working order before putting everything back together. He is kind, friendly, efficient and a great conversationalis! I would recommend him to anyone.

No matter how much I would clean it, or add chemicals — my pool ALWAYS had algae UNTIL I hired Chris. He is a miracle worker. He is always kind, and responsive whenever I have a question or request. He even takes the time to clean the area around the pool to prevent debris from blowing in. I truly appreciate him.

Our previous pool maintenance person did an awful job. He wouldn’t show up regularly, which resulted in the pool looking like a swamp. Our previous pool person said that in order to fix the pool it would have to be emptied out and a lot of expensive work would have to be done to bring it back into shape. He was relieved of his duty.
All American Pools was hired. The owner, Cristobal, said all that was needed to bring the pool back into shape was some chemical maintenance and it would be as good as new. And he did it! The pool has never looked better. He does a fantastic job and keeps the pool sparkling clean. He’s also very personable and a pleasure to work with. He’s honest and takes tremendous pride in his work. I would recommend him enthusiastically to anyone who wants to have a pristine pool.

He was grossly overpriced and was priced 40% higher than all the other companies that came out. Unfortunately he was not willing to lower his quote at all… The pool is nothing special and shouldn’t be premium priced.
He erroneously said my pool is painted and it has problems with algae (hasn’t been serviced for 3 weeks and was a small area that developed during those weeks)…never had a «problem» with pool algae when serviced weekly.
I kept telling him the pool was replastered not long ago… not painted like he kept saying… he tried to convince me it was painted which made it more maintenance… thus more expensive to service???
Finally, someone stated his service includes twice yearly maintenance… yes, for an extra fee… plus an extra fee for filter cleaning. This is on top of the high priced monthly service.
Cannot recommend… sorry Chris. Very disappointed.
He was on time which is why I gave him the two stars. He also wore a nice All American Pools shirt and looked professional.

Chris has been taking care of my pool since it was built 4 years ago. He was referred by my neighbors, who said he was great.
He is reliable, honest, and does a fantastic job. My pool was a big investment, and I’m glad I found such a great guy to care for it.

Cristobal and All American Pools are fantastic. He really takes pride in his work and wants the best for your pool. His service is very affordable, reliable and fast. He works with you to meet your exact needs and is extremely professional.
I’ve been using his service for over a year and I feel very confident with this review. His service includes twice yearly maintenance of my pool pump as well as weekly cleanings and maintenance. My pool was a disaster before he started working on it and now it’s a masterpiece.
He also does repairs on items — I had him replace my pool pump and he swapped everything out extremely quickly and I haven’t had an issue since.
