Hello! :) I provide courteous and professional notary services for any legal documents that require notarization.

For example: General and Durable Power of Attorney, Loan Modification, Loan closing documents, Quitclaim Deeds, Grant Deeds, Trust documents, Affidavits, Health Directives, Permission to Travel, Oaths and more.

As a mobile notary, I travel to you. I’m pleased to meet at your home, business, hospital or care facility to help with your notary needs.

Notary fees are $ 10 per person, for each document that needs notarization and a minimal travel fee of $ 15 for appointments located within Chatsworth, Bell Canyon, and West Hills. The travel fee is waived when five or more notarizations are required.

General Appointment Information

* A valid government issued ID is needed to verify identification ie: CA Driver License, CA Identification Card, Passport, etc. Let me know if you may have a question about the type of ID you can provide.

* ID must match the name on the document being notarized.

* What type of notarization you require (ask whomever is requesting it if no notary certificate is provided). It may be an Acknowledgement or a Jurat (with oath).

I’m Karla and thank you for considering me to help with your notary needs.

I’ve been an independent notary for eight years and enjoy the work and flexibility a lot. I’m a people person, patient, and I’m glad to be there for you when you need something notarized.

If you have the ability to travel and only need one document notarized, I would like to recommend visiting Alan at the Post Net (next to Country Deli in Chatsworth) or UPS Store. It will save you money in notary travel fees. If you need it on a Sunday, call me. :)

I am also a Certified Notary Signing Agent and can help with notarizing your loan documents. Please call me for a flat rate quote. It ranges from $ 85 — $ 150 depending on the type of loan, signing location, printing requirements, number of signers and fax/​scan back needs.
