Terrible customer service! Everyone in the office is condescending and rude. They make zero effort to accommodate anyone’s schedule but their own. I’m not sure these ladies understand they are in the service business, rather they act as though they are entitled and the only title company in town. Dealing with Ticor Title feels more like doing business with a government bureaucracy than a company trying to earn your business. Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of other options willing to make an effort.

Docs were given to title on Friday yet they could not get them together to have them signed even by the end of day Monday. Once they received the signed docs (9am) they still could not organize them to get it to the lender for funding for another full day. Pathetic, lazy, no concern for clientele at all. They either are like a government agency and they don’t feel the need to work for business but rather that they are entitled to it and take whatever time they need or they are just plain incompetent either way avoid at all cost
