Went to pick up moving boxes which they said they sold when I called. Came in, they said they had to check to see if they had medium boxes, which they did not. So I had to get a size up, which I did not want, but was desperate to get stuff packed (nice way to up-sell) Then when I went to pay, they said they didn’t take cash only debit or credit cards. HELL no I don’t provide my credit card or debit card to storage places, that’s one to have have your identity stolen. Walked out — empty handed.

Wow, is finding covered 40′ RV storage in Reno difficult?!? I called around many places, and looked at many websites. I ended up choosing Store Safe in Stead. It’s pretty far from my house in Sparks, but it is well worth the drive. The facility is very clean and new looking. Amanda, the manager, is very knowledgeable and super nice! She even ended up working late for us since we didn’t get there until 5:25, and the office closes at 5:30. The prices are also the best in Reno. I am so happy that we found it! Ask her about prepayment options. When we prepaid for 9 months, we got 3 months free! It brought it from $ 115 a month to $ 86 a month. You wont beat it here!
