I’ve had nothing but good experiences here! The staff is friendly and helpful and when times were tough several years ago they were accommodating and understanding. I still have a storage unit there. I feel safe when accessing the place after hours and during business hours I’ve always been welcomed by the helpful staff. On one occasion they even helped us sweep when we were moving some things around. Easy access off 395 or Virginia Street. Highly recommend!

Location is good, super secure, fastidiously clean. I also appreciated that there is 24 hour access. Costs and policies were clearly explained and reasonable. Moving supplies for purchase on-​site is convenient. All the staff was consistently friendly and attentive. The use of the moving truck was a big help.
I was completely satisfied with my experience of storing here and will recommend them highly!

Horrible Frustrating service. Pat is the only reasonable person to deal with here. I don’t even want to go into the BS I’ve dealt with, just to say I had a HORRIBLE experience. Even now that I’m out of there my prorated refund check for the month I moved out I don’t have 2 months later! And I call to figure things out and it’s continued grief!!! UGGHHH
