Finally i won with help of Mr. Klearman !!!
I met with personal injury due to negligent at public property in Reno, I spent around 2 months to find the attorney in Navada area who can fight the case for me. After doing lot of research and reading reviews, i had contacted couple of attorney but got tired of their slow responses and less interest,

I was in a car accident in 2012 no fault of mine a lady hit the back of my car at a light, her insurance company did not want to pay so we went to a short trial. Steve Klearman and his staff have been extremely helpful to me in the duration of my auto injury case. After my accident, I called and was seen almost immediately. They accommodated my two year old son while my options were discussed. I have referred other cases to them. Steve Klearman is professional, witty, and straight to the point. After being injured in a car accident, I never even thought to get an attorney. But let me tell you, the process is a long, very involving and confusing process. In the end, the other peoples insurance didn’t want to pay for the damages done.
Being disabled and having to pay for all medical bills out of pocket, it wasn’t something I could just let go and allow the insurance company to walk all over me. I called and met with at least six or seven different attorneys about my case, and Steven was far and away the best. He actually answered all my questions during our consultation, and was more interested in talking about what was best for me and what he could do for me, unlike others who just wanted to talk about what THEY could get out of my case.
His whole office and staff were very help full through the whole process. They literally took care of everything for me. Whenever I had a question, it was answered directly upon calling, no need to wait for days for someone to call back.
In the end we ended up settling out of court. We could have gone farther, and this would have resulted in Steven himself earning more money as well, but he recommended to settle, as it worked best for ME. He truly looks after his clients, and that seems a hard thing to come by if you have ever dealt with any other attorneys in the area. I know if I am ever injured again, he is the first person I am calling, and I will only recommend him to my family and friends.
