I began my Rolfing business to help people feel graceful and at ease in their bodies in Los Angeles in 2009. Life brought me to Reno and I am so excited to get to offer this work in the beautiful Washoe Valley of Nevada. Call for a free consultation. Business Owner

Alexi was born and raised in Orange County after graduating with a degree in Anthropology from UC Santa Cruz she lived in San Francisco and worked as a nanny enjoying life zipping around on the Muni, and exploring the city with her young charges.

In 2007 she returned to the greater LA area and worked as an Ethnographer for a local applied anthropology firm before getting the itch to help people in a more concrete and personal way. Alexi entered the Institute for Rolfing Structural Integration in 2008 and entered a world of grace and embodiment that has changed her forever.
