Harry’s Quality Cars II

I purchased a Chevrolet Duramax from Harry’s cars. The day I left the check engine light came on and I had to have it towed to a local shop Dynamic Diesel. They informed me I needed a new DPF filter 3,000.00 just for the part. I called Harry’s they gave me a used one it worked for 1 week then this one was plugged as well. I called them and I was told as is. So now I am in a truck for 3400 to get it working correct. 2 months go buy and my 4wd drive stopped working. Take it to the dealership (Chevy Dealership) and there is no fluid in the transfer case and now is a bad transfer case. Chevrolet themselves said it was bone dry. New transfer case installed is also 3400.00 They’re mechanics don’t even check fluids before selling cars. While it’s at the dealership I was informed my brakes and rotors are toast to. I should not have to be fixing a «Harry’s certified car» right after I purchased it. When I spoke with Dave the sales manager or finance manager the call ended with him saying fuck you. I was shocked. Very unprofessional as they just didn’t want to pay to fix my truck. So now I am 6800.00 into a 27,000 dollar truck. Never go here, they sell lemons. While in there telling them what is going on they had other upset customers. Will never go there again and will always give a bad name for them.

Dave, Don, Harry and all the team members here are awesome! They go above and beyond expectations to make sure the customers are happy. The cars offered at Harry’s are truly excellent cars. My immediate family members have purchased multiple cars from them and never had any problems with any of the vehicles. I will never purchase a vehicle elsewhere. It is so nice to have a car dealership to go to where I am not highly pressured, I don’t feel like I’m being scammed or manipulated into getting something that I don’t want or need, and they do their best to serve the customer. Excellent job here.

Staff @ Harrys is nice. The problem I have is actually with Harry. I had purchased a vehicle from him before.
I went back looking for a fun car to drive, I also have a benz suv…
Harry did not want to sale me the vehicle unless I put half-​down of 14k.
I had a good report and always paid my in-​house car note on time.
Unfortunately Not everyone is responsible and Harry looks at everyone as a repo.

I traded my lifted dodge ram 1500 in for an 04 mustang gt. Granted, my truck had about 136,000 on it, but there was not a dang thing wrong with it. I bought that truck while I was in the miltary. It was a fixer upper when I bought it but after throwing down a lot of money into it that truck was perfect. I literally signed 2 papers… 2… and had decided to back out of the deal. Dario was salesman’s name (hes now at internet auto rent and sales — beware). Anyway, I said I couldn’t afford to make the $ 315 car payment. He fabricated my loan papers BTW. He basically said, sorry, the deal has already been made, the only thing we can do is put you in a different car, so this mother effer shows me a beat up old civic that smellled and looked like an ashtray. So, I just stuck with the mustang. They took my truck and threw my belongings in a box and made me wait outside until they pulled the mustang out front. They took my trade for 3 grand… I borrowed money and payed the car off in less than a month. Oops were you supposed to make money off of the 29% ineterest? Aww too bad. I tried to later find my truck and just do a straight trade. I was sick of that car, I found out they turned around and sold it for 11,000.

This is the WORST place to buy a car. I purchased a vehicle from here and was told the vehicle was in great condition with no leaks or anything. Had the car for 3 days when I noticed It was dumping out oil everywhere. Took it to a mechanic which turned into the entire engine needing to be replaced due to warped cylinder heads, bolts missing, rear main seal leak, transmission leak, antifreeze leak and many other issues. The staff @ Harry’s pretty much told me to deal with it and were extremely rude. I have tried contacting Harry several times and he refuses to return my calls. This entire ordeal has costed me well over $ 3,000, almost half the price of the car. Please do yourself a favor and never go here for a damn thing-​they are the biggest bunch of liars and con-​artists I have ever seen. I too wish I could give them zero stars as this is the worst business I have ever encountered!!!
