Co Auto is very professional, (my car is always as clean as it was when I dropped it off) my car has had some strange problems but they did not give up till my car was fixed. U should check them out!!!

Co Auto is unlike any other auto shop, Ill give you an example. I got a diagnostic frm auto zone for my check engine light, they gave me a list of parts i needed to replace. It was very expensive. So i give co auto a call and ask them how much it would cost to buy and install all these parts. I talk to Vinnie. The first thing he says is how do you know that you need all this. I tell him about auto zone and he starts telling me the truth about malicious auto company tactics, INSTEAD of taking advantage off my little knowledge about cars, He says that auto zone does this diagnostic to just sell parts and that doesn’t really tell you about the underlying problem causing all those codes to pop up. So he suggests to me, instead of throwing parts at it and hoping for the best (Those were his exact words) He asks me to bring the car in for a diagnostic. I didn’t want to do it because i thought he was just trying to make money off of me because it costs around $ 100. Well i end up doing the diagnostic and it turns out that the 5 problems i had were actually being caused by ONE faulty wire that had something to do with my turbo, it cost $ 18 to buy that part, compared to the $ 1100 worth of parts i was initially going to buy. This is my first amazing experience with a mechanic and these guys gave me the confidence to keep my car because i now have amazing ppl at co auto, really here to help you with your car and not scam you. The good vibes and smiles these guys give off are completely incredible, i was sad when my car was fixed because i didn’t have an excuse to go hang out with them. lol These guys are so great professional and more honest than a preacher! haha

CoAuto has it together! I can’t thank them enough for squeezing me in Friday morning and getting my car up and running before desperately needing it before the weekend. They even drove me to work after dropping off my vehicle via tow truck that morning. The best car service and employee customer service I’ve had in Reno. I’ve highly advise calling them the next time you are in need.

These guys are great! They went out of their way to properly diagnose a problem that my old mechanic couldn’t figure out. The price was reasonable. The shop is clean and the staff is polite and professional. Very happy to have found them!

The guys at Co Auto found the source of an elusive rattle in my otherwise smooth-​running car. It had been a distraction to me since it showed up. And, they were able to fix it! I was impressed.

I have endless stories of how the guys at CoAuto have saved my friends and family so much money by not overselling them services and products they don’t need. There have been numerous occasions I have requested CoAuto to fix or replace something that really wasn’t the problem and they talked me into a much cheaper resolution. These guys are true honest professionals that care about their clients as if they were family. I can’t recommend CoAuto enough and they also have a great warranty program that works nationwide.

I recently changed mechanics after many years and am very happy with the the service at Co Auto. Not only are they really friendly and accommodating, they explain what is going on and what a reasonably priced fix would be. The shop is run by two brothers who really care about their customers. I recommend them highly.

I took my Mazda to Co Auto because my airbag light was flashing on and off. I had a tight time frame to get the work done and they were great about accommodating that. They called me and kept me updated about the progress. They charged what they said they would. The front office staff we friendly as were the mechanics. I will go back to Co Auto and I would recommend them.

Anthony and Vinnie are the best. I took my 2009 Audi A4 here for my turbo to be replaced (not exactly a small fix), and it was was an absolutely flawless job. Not only did they offer the best price, they provided excellent customer service, and got my car back to me in no time.

This is a very well run automotive business. It is very clean & highly organized. The mechanics r very knowledgable, prompt & thorough. They explain what is needed 2 repair ur vehicle, how much it will cost & the time required 2 fulfill the estimated repairs. They also know that keeping an automobile in good working order assured no surprises. They keep their customers informed of needed & required upkeep via your preferred contact options.
I recommend these industrious & smart family business entrepreneurs. Once u & ur auto r under their wing, u will feel well cared 4 & wont need 2 go anywhere else.

I’ve been to CoAuto various times and each experience has been great. They work fast, everybody is always very friendly, and they stand by their work. Recently I returned when a part failed after 6 months, and their warranty covered the replacement 100%!
It’s a family business and they are always going above and beyond. Five stars for sure!

Toyota Prius, had one semi working head light, the other not so much, than they both go out, sort of frantic, looked on Unilocal and saw good reviews of this establishment,
Called and the gentleman said they were good to go. Brought the car in at around 0930 and was out the door by 0925. Pricing was very fair.
Now comes the good part :
1. 2 year warranty.
2. 24 hour road side assistance
Included in the repair cost.

I love this place! On time, UNDER estimate and the best customer service ever. We just moved here and this will be our ‘go to’ for all mechanic work with out a doubt!

CoAuto did an outstanding job checking and recharging the air conditioning system on my 2007 Mazda Miata. After their work, the air is at least 15 degrees colder coming out of the vents.
Vinnie and his team went above and beyond what I expected.
He found that my battery was missing one of the retaining bolts. Fortunately they were able to fix that on the spot in just 5 minutes — saving me an hour or more trying to find the right part at an auto parts store.
I plan to take my car (and my wife’s car) back for additional work.
Oh yeah, they also have free Wi-​Fi in their lobby!

I cannot recommend these guys enough. This shop is clean and is run by two brothers that have a passion for quality work and customer service. I brought my car in for an A/​C repair, oil change, and general inspection.
They had me good to go in only a few hours despite me dropping in unannounced. They let me know of other issues with my car and which ones are most serious and which can wait. They never tried to up-​sell me or get me to make unnecessary repairs. They even fixed a hanging piece of plastic on my bumper for free! The owner even offered to give me a ride to work when my ride was late.
You can’t beat the quality of the repairs and service here. They saved me a few hundred dollars over a big box repair shop!

The lucido brothers know how to run a well organized and professional shop. My GMC Canyon had an issue with irregular idle. Anthony was able to diagnose it and teach me about how the O2 sensor worked by showing me on the diagnosis tool how the sensor should be functioning prior to repair. After the repair was completed, he took his teaching lesson full circle by showing that the new O2 sensor was functioning as it should and that the repair has worked. I have not had this issue since and the vehicle is running much better. Thank you Anthony for taking the time to teach me a little more about my vehicle while fixing it.
It is also nice that they offer a 2 year, 24k mile warranty on the repair.

COAUTO is an excellent auto repair that is the exception to my past experience with independent auto repair facilities. A 2 year repair warranty! Exceptional diagnositics that not only identify cause of problem but also give you an overview of future services and repairs you can expect in the future. My 10 year old SUV has never run better! A clean, well managed facility that will build loyal and repeat clients that insist on excellent service at a fair price. Thanks Anthony and Vinnie!

The boys at CoAuto give great service are super honest and the price is always right. They also support local artists with beautiful pieces hanging in the waiting room. I recommend them to anyone who needs their car fixed.
