History
Established in 1971.
Nick and Joan Caggiano opened Nicola Pizza on June 11, 1971 after making and selling pizza out of their home in Rehoboth Beach. They soon added the Nic-o-boli which consists of ground beef, cheese and pizza sauce rolled in pizza dough and baked in the oven. A star was born! They now have added pasta dishes including a Baked Ziti Supreme that is filling and delicious! A wonderful tossed salad and lots of appetizers are great starters as well. And don’t forget about the PIZZA! Our dough and sauce are FAT FREE and made here on site each day with only the finest ingredients! Nick C moved from South Jersey to Rehoboth Beach De in 1962. Him and his wife Joan opened Nicola Pizza in 1971 and the rest is history.
