Came in there to print out a few papers the guy was nice told me it was $ 1 to use Internet for 10 min and .25cents to print a page … I really needed one page but it printed out 22 pages it was a packet from a doctors office so whatever I figured I’ll pay for it and get over it … Then the guy says to me $ 11dollars and I’m like how’s that possible .25 cents times 22 pages is 5.50 he’s like well u printed colored pages … Are you serious right now??? If I knew I had the option of changing color I would’ve gotten black and white! It was his responsibility to inform me of that. So I pretty much got played for $ 11 for paper! I could’ve bought a nice book WILL NEVER RETURN

Really bad customer service, the guy at the counter is not helpfully at all and he has an attitude.

Went there one Sunday evening, around 7:45pm-7:50pm (closing time is 8:00pm). I told the guy behind the counter that I had 10 pages to print and it was on my USB drive. He pointed me to the first computer but it was off. I asked him if I could use the one right next to it but he said that computer was turned off as well. Again I asked if there any other computer I could use, and he told me no without getting up and checking if any computers were on. I told him it was important, but he couldn’t care less. I know there is a UPS store on the other side of Queens Blvd. so I went there instead, however they were closed (turns out they are closed on Sundays). On my way back I was passing by Five Star Printing and I saw the guy locking up the store a couple of minutes before the closing time. I guess he was in a rush to go home and that’s why he didn’t want to be bothered with turning the computer on for me.

I had to send a letter to Japan and my envelope was a standard post card sized flat envelope. No more than 1.5 ounces. I was running late (which is why I didn’t walk to the Post Office) but the guy makes me wait because he is training some new worker. Train him when you don’t have any customers; WTF ARE YOU DOING?!
After wasting five minutes of my life, he finally tells me that it will cost $ 55 to send it by FedEx, even for the cheapest shipping option.
(MY LETTER BETTER TELEPORT TO JAPAN WITHIN TWO SECONDS IF I’M GONNA PAY $ 55 TO SEND A FLIMSY CARD).
Baffled, I clarified with him that it was fifty-​five dollars, and that i didn’t misunderstand him. He nods and then adds that he can give me a ten dollar discount to make it $ 45.
You smell that? Smells like fraud. How can you give me a discount on a shipping price? It’s a set price that can’t be discounted and I’m pretty sure that authorized retailers make a commission off the total revenue collected from their shipments. And by commission, I don’t mean POCKETING EXTRA CASH BY OVERCHARGING SHIPPING PRICES BY 1000%. After hearing his crap discount offer, I just left. They are definitely overcharging the customers and pocketing the extra cash for themselves.
The next day, I went to the Post Office and it cost me a grand total of $ 1.10 to send it. That’s one dollar and ten cents, to clarify. My friend got the letter within five business days.
Don’t waste your time or get ripped off here.

I never review anything but this place is awesome! After needing to print tickets for an event this past weekend, I went to FedEx Kinkos and they were horrible!
After losing 45 minutes there and being late, I came here. I was in and out in under 5 minutes! High-​speed Internet, friendly staff, reasonable cost. I wish I had found this place sooner. Could not ask for more!

A really awesome all in one location. I have utilized their multiple services. Reliable nice Internet connection, printing, passport size pictures, fax. Fed ex and other international courier services.
It’s very nicely located next to the 63^rd drive rego park subway. Thus I am usually able to get my work done on the way back from work.
The biggest USP of the store is the guy Who runs the store, his name I think is Murad, very co-​operative and always help in getting task done.
