Premier Auto Collision & Detail

This is the worst body repair shop I have ever seen. They give very slow and bad service. They try to keep your car for as long as they can with out even working on it. They BS about why they are not able to complete the job. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Dealing with them is nothing but head aches and stress.

I came here to get glass fixed on my car and right away they took care of me. Super fast service! Highly recommended!

I purchased a groupon and may have had too high of hopes for a $ 79 car detail. I suppose for what its worth — it was a really nice hand car wash, wax, vacuum, dash wipe down, floor mat shampoo and leather seat cleaning. But the finishing touches are where you lost me. Still crumbs in the crevices and uneven gloss or whatever they slather to make the dash and leather seats look nice.
I have an older SUV and a detail was way over due. My car does look nicer but this service was not my definition of a car detail. To add, I found a rip in my front seat that I do not remember having. The owner has not returned my call.
As far as the shop, it’s not a nice place to wait. Dirty couches and a filthy rest room. Plan to drop your car off and walk downtown.

Brought my car here for front end damage repair. They did a great job. Looks much better than before the damage even occurred. They removed all the scratches and even replaced a side reflector light that was not part of the initial claim. Also, my car was very clean and ready to go. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

Hands down the best shop in town. Fast service. Friendly workers who are very knowledgable and courteous. Highly recommend their services. The owner is a people person and aims to provide the best help possible.

I’m unsure why there is the mixed reviews for auto detail. I brought my car in today in horrific condition since it was sitting in a garage for years on top of having my grandfather’s caregiver having a child in the backseat. Jonathan was super nice and friendly and did an incredible job on my car, including removing stains from my seat. I will definitely be back and refer everyone to the shop; they do fantastic work! 5 stars for Jonathan’s amazing job and customer service!

Always had great service at Premier Auto. The company has great relationships with local rental companies making it very convenient to drop off and pick up your rental car. I’ve always been impressed with the quality of their work and the level of custom service.

I’ve had a string of bad luck with auto accidents these past few month. Premier Auto has been thoughtful and very helpful. I believe in costumer service and being detail oriented. The help from having the car towed to picking it up when they were done was a grateful experience. Their work speak volumes. When the both cars (separate accidents) were returned they looked amazingly brand new and detailed clean. You couldn’t tell they had been in accidents.
I would definitely recommend Premier Auto Collision.

Best detail ever!
I brought my 12 year old SUV in here for a car detail I purchased through Groupon. They did an amazing job. My car was trashed and grimy before and looked brand new after! The seats and upholstery were the most impressive transformation. I dropped it off at 9am and it was ready at 1pm. They didn’t do the headlights, I would have paid them extra if I had know it wasn’t included in the Groupon. Would definitely come back here or recommend it to anyone who wants a great car detail. The staff was also nice.

I bought a deal on Living Social to get an Auto detail .
I showed up ON TIME and no one was there to help. I ended up leaving and I’m hoping I can get my money back.

Bought a LIVINGSOCIAL voucher ($ 79.00 «auto detailing» deal). Then, Make a reservation by phone, unfortunately no one ever answer my phone call. So, I drove 20 miles to Premier Auto Collision and successfully made a reservation. My appointment scheduled 4 weeks later. Drop off my car and car key to the employee at Premier Auto Collision. I was extremely optimized that I could finally have my car polished.
Went picked up my automobile 4 hours later. The employee didn’t acknowleged any problem about my car and walked away. Inspecting my car alone. Car was washed but stains remained; interior was vacuumed and wiped which was great. Shockingly, I realized that one of the front speaker cover was punched. Note that my car was parked at the customer parking lot.
When back to the front office, door was locked, business closed.
I have paid a lesson. From now on and onwards, I will never leave my car to any auto shop before review the Unilocal webpage. I could have spent on $ 35.00 for a exterior and interior cleaning service. I will definately contact Living Social to express my concern.

After taking my wife’s car to get fix from a car accident I looked up the closest body shop near my home and took it here. After 3 day my car was done and since I didn’t have a way to get to the shop they delivered it to my house I really like that they took the extra step and giving me great service! They are very good and fast! I will for sure use them next time I need them.

I purchased an auto detailing coupon on Living Social — I think it is my first or second purchase ever on that site. After the purchase, I tried to contact them and no one answered multiple calls or returned my voicemail. Finally, after many more tries, I got in touch with them and found it it would be a three week wait to schedule an appointment, which I did. Then, when we brought it in and drove all the way out to Redwood City, they said they didn’t have time and we need to re-​schedule and the soonest appointment available is in another 26 days. To be fair, we weren’t sure what time we had to bring the car in so we tried calling this morning to confirm, but of course no one picked up the phone (again). I can only assume they don’t make much money on these coupon specials, so they don’t really care how they treat these customers. At this point I can’t vouch for the quality (or lack of quality) of their work, but I can say it would have been easier and more cost-​effective to just pay for auto detailing someplace trustworthy closer to home. This pretty much soured me on the whole Living Social thing as well. They should be making at least some effort to screen their providers/​advertisers.

Great detail job, but used «armour all» on my foot mats and made them shine, but HELLA slippery. I would go back, but opt out of the «shiny floor mats».

Don’t buy a Groupon coupon for Premier. Worse experience ever!!! I went there and was ignore and had made an appt a month in advance.
Finally I left after 45 minutes and asked Groupon to return my money.

Recently I bought a Living Social deal ($ 79 for what was offered as a $ 180 complete detail). I came drop off my car exactly at 9:00 AM and the guy at front desk was nice and quickly took the car in. Since I read good reviews on Unilocal,I expected a better job on washing my car, shinning the wheels and clean up cabinets. I got the car back in approximately 2 hours. It seems they did a quick, sloppy job on my car. When I got the car back, I pointed out the dust on wheels, the guy apologized and cleaned it. Since i had to run back to work, I cannot wait more for him to finish his work. There are still sticky residues on the windows as you can see here

Bottom line, do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. It should not cost $ 79 for this sloppy job). Very disappointed!

I recently was a victim of a hit and run, I took my car to 3 repair shops and got quotes from each of them. Uriel, at Premier, was empathetic with my situation and was able to offer me the best pricing on the repairs. Not only was the quality of work amazing, but I was also impressed on how professional and friendly the staff was. They were very honest with me and helped me out in any way they could. Great service and I highly recommend Premier to anyone needing bodywork done on their vehicle!

I had a hit and run on my 2013 Q5 and after talking about where to take it to a friend he suggested Premier Auto Collision. Though, I live in San Jose, after talking to Uriel about my car i was willing to drive all way to Redwood City and I couldn’t be any happier. I used my insurance who worked directly with Uriel, he even helped set up my hertz rental, which was right across the street. When i picked up my car today it looks like it was never hit on the passenger side door and it only took 4 days in the shop. At one point, I thought to myself, this is just to good to be true. Everything went so smooth and quick. I will recommend everyone here. THANKS PAC&D!

I bought Groupon. Brought my car today for cleaning. After 3 hours the car is dirty with the difference that it is smell like chemicals. The inside of the car is stained as before. It is wet now thou. I am going to complain to Groupon tomorrow. I made lots of pictures right after they finished. They did not even WASH THE CAR !!! What kind of detailing is that? ALL they did is just vacuuming and chemical polish on the seats.
PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS BUSINESS and stay away.

ZERO STARS fits best for the experience with them today. We purchased 2 GroupOns and scheduled our appointments back to back over a month ago. When we arrived for the first appointment, we were told they were closed for the long holiday weekend and that we should have been called to reschedule. We did NOT receive that call. The person who tried to help us was nice but, it did not make up for the terrible experience.
I left my contact to receive a call back. It is now the Wednesday after and we still have not received a call back.
Terrible customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone.
