This is not one of those reviews you think you’ll have to write. But when a family member was picked up for bewildering reasons, we needed to bail her out as soon as possible. This bond service was the highest rated company on Unilocal,and rather than choose a random company off the wall, we thought we’d take a chance. Angel answered the phone immediately, was kind and patient in explaining the process and their fee (10%, which he also explained as the same for all bail bond companies in the area). He checked in later when we running behind schedule and kept in touch with us throughout. Can I say what a blessing it is to have someone efficient, kind and friendly on the phone during any crisis?
Things progressed smoothly from there. There was a lot of time waiting for the jail to get things processed, but Out Now kept the family warm and safe in their waiting room and even gave us free earbuds with their logo. Contrary to initial thought, those earbuds are one of the best pairs out of about 12 pairs that we own, so kudos to them!
Although I hope never to use their services again, I am still deeply grateful for their aid and their professional know-​how. Thank you.

Received a call notifying me that my cuz was booked into county right as he got off the plane at SFO… Called OutNow Bailbonds on a Monday night and a gentleman by the name of John promptly answered the phone. He gave me a great run down of the bail process and we chatted while we waited for my cuz to be released. We were in and out the same night! Great service they have running.
