I manage several homes on the peninsula and am looking for a new appliance repair person that we can call from time to time when a tenants appliance has issues. I received a call today from a tenant in Menlo Park that her dryer was not working properly, so I came to Unilocal to find someone. I found Forbes and gave them a call. I let him know where I was calling from and before I could finish my sentence he very rudely let me know that he could not handle that much work. I tried to explain that may get 1 or 2 calls a month(if any) that need an appliance person and again he rudely cut me off. Awful customer service after 2 minutes on the phone, I can imagine what he would be like on a job for us! Within a couple minutes on the phone, I realized this was not someone I would want to work with!
