This is for the store in front. I have not been to the beauty salon.
The salewomen are rude, and they do not have information in the products they are selling. Management is mostly inaccessible, and when available is not interested in customer service — at all. Go there if you want to feel like you are an inconvenience.

This is more for the beauty salon in the back. I went in to have my hair cut and dyed after not only having a horrific experience at great clips where the girl actually made me cry, but also after trying to go to super cuts and being turned away due to them not being a real salon??? Anyways blanca not only fixed my layers but gave me a wonderful dye job for a super reasonable price. Glad to have found her

These folks don’t stand behind their products and won’t let you speak with management. They feel they need to do this for you.
I bought a blow dryer, which went out after a few months. Too bad, so sad is the attitude you get from them. I call Peninsula Beauty Supply and they tell me to come over and they will give me 25% off of any blow dryer. They were so sorry about my crappy experience here!
Another time they told me they matched competitors prices. I went home and printed one out, brought it back and they told me it was ONLY Sally’s that they matched.
A bunch of LOSERS that LOST my business. Guess what? I am a black belt shopper. Left here and went on to spend $ 237 on a dryer and other things at Peninsula Beauty supply in Palo Alto. LOVE them!

One of my go-​to beauty supply stores. Decent selection of stock, well organized and clean. Customer service is friendly, however I’ve never asked for help so I’m unsure as to how knowledgeable they are.
My only complaint is they don’t carry Special Effects hair dye. On the plus side they carry Punky Colour (though could use a wider variety of colors) and Adore by Creative Image. They did have Manic Panic but it looks as if they haven’t restocked or are going to discontinue carrying it.
They also have waxing, threading and (I believe) other salon services in the back.

Awesome selection of OPI polishes. Used to have a nice selection of Spa Ritual polish, but it looks like they haven’t restocked in a long time. Easy to find what you’re looking for.
