I took my Movado to Tic Time on the third floor and they we willing to repair the damage caused by RBWC.
Now my watch is repaired thanks to Tic Time.

Paul and Nelson come through again! I had another watch that need to be fixed, and now I’m wearing it. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I would highly recommend this watch shop to all my friends and family. This is the only place I will bring my watches in the future to.

They are doing business as Beach Cities Watch Company recently. I ordered the glass replacement and refinishing and overhaul my Omega watch. It was competitive pricing and they did a good job so far. It took two weeks to complete all process. They called me when they finished the job.
I had a time to have a conversation with the owner to know them before they do the work on my watch. Since this is very important watch for me it makes me feels good.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE AN EXPENSIVE WATCH THAT NEEDS REPAIR!!!
Took an expensive watch here to get an estimate for fixing it and they literally gave me the runaround. I hate when these places «out source» the repairs and don’t repair it themselves because all you’re doing is paying the middle man extra! They said it would be between $ 250.00-$ 300.00 (and he said ‘maybe even more’) to fix this 18K Gold Watch AND it would take days just for the estimate because some guy comes around once a week and who knows how long for the repair. TOTALLY unacceptable!
They also charge WAY TOO MUCH to change a battery!
Long story short, I took it to «A M Watch Repair» in LA (Los Feliz) and this guy fixed it within a couple of hours for $ 100.00. I don’t care if it took him 5 minutes to repair the watch, I WAS willing to pay to get my watch fixed properly and FAST FAST FAST!!!

was looking for a watch band, and read the review for this business. Then I realized that I also had several novelty watches that also needed batteries.
Went to the store, explained what I needed, and was also given a discount for volume, had 5 watches needing batteries, 2 that needed bands.
Got them all taken care of in the promised time, watches running, and all watches were given a 5 year replacement guarantee.
Could’t be happier, and a 5 year warranty on a battery is something that I had never heard of before, as I seldom have watches last more than 5 years, so this is a wonderful way to treat customers.
Will go back any time for watch services, and would recommend them highly to others.

Excellent service, great price. Went in this morning at opening to get two watches sized. Luckily no one else there so got taken care of right away. Paul Tawil sized both watches in about 10 minutes and they were perfect fits. Also he said that if I needed them resized in the future it would be no charge. The price was very reasonable. I can’t expect any better than that. Definitely would tell people to go to RBWC for all their repairs and adjustments.

Wonder customer service! We went in for a battery for my MK watch and came out with one of his fabulous watches at a great deal! Yes he has some great watches, some I had never heard. I wish I could remember his name but what a wonderful guy. Must be the owner as we walked in he was sweeping up, it was late on a Sunday and he stopped immediately and helped us. Took time to explain the watches and my boyfriend liked one unusual watch he had a buy it! I’ll be back for all watch repairs, batteries and I saw a great Michele that I want!

The high end watches sold here are a little intimidating (and way too tempting!) I was expecting a little attitude toward fixing my beloved old Citizen ladies watch. Not so. The wonderful gentleman quickly confirmed it was just another dead battery in a 35 year old watch. He expertly changed the battery and I am a very happy customer! Bravo folks! I’ll definitely be back when it is time for a new leather band and my batteries.

Great service!
I took a new Michael Kors watch in to get some links taken out. They immediately took out the links and charged a small fee. They worked fast and I was out the door. About 10 minutes after I left, I realized that the watch was going to be too tight for me to be able move around comfortably. So i walked back in and asked that they add 1 link back. Without hesitation, they did just that and now my watch fits to my liking. I highly recommend this place!

Just got a new watch but needed to take out some of the links. I was anxious and didn’t want to wait until the next day so I Unilocaled and found this place. I called like 40 minutes before it closed the guy on the phone was helpful and even gave me a quote over the phone. $ 10 to take links out of my Michael Kors watch. Rushed over there and he had it done in like 5 minutes! Even set my date and time, thank God since I had no idea how to haha. Very helpful and fast I was out way before the mall even closed. Thank you RBWC!

I happened to drop by the jewelry store across the way to see if they could change my watch battery. They looked at it and said, no, they would have to send it out for a specialist for a couple days.
I gave up and was about to walk out of the mall when I saw RBWC and decided to pop in for a try. Got my battery replaced on the spot. The whole thing only took a few minutes and cost $ 10 + tax. I even got a receipt for a 1-​year warranty. Nice!

Watched dropped and the second hand was getting stuck on the minute hand. Victor quoted me $ 55 to fix it and also indicated that my wristband was the problem. Anyway, picked it up 2 days later and he billed me $ 45. Happy camper.
