This place has been here for as long as I can remember. The owner here are super friendly, and quick with service. I got my battery changed for $ 7.99 and it took less than 10 minutes. Prices are extremely reasonable, way cheaper than the places inside the mall. Definitely go here if you get the chance, they have plenty of watch accessories, clocks, and watches that you can look at/purchase too.

I paid almost 1⁄3 of the price I was quoted at Tic Time in the mall. Really nice guy, explained exactly what was wrong and it was fixed the next day. Don’t waste your money across the street, come here!

Walked in the store and one of the employees asked what I needed. I said my two brand name watches needed new batteries. I also needed one with link adjustments. He took one minute to examine my two watches and sized my wrist. 10 minutes later my two watches had two new batteries and one sized perfectly, all for a reasonable price. 1 year warranty on the batteries. Reliable and efficient.

I use these guys to replace batteries. They’ve done a few for me now. $ 12 for my Seiko. Good reliable store.

My hubby found this place and now won’t go anywhere else to have the batteries changed or links taken out of his watches. They do great work and aren’t super expensive. A battery replacement this past weekend was about $ 12.00 and the peace of mind that your watch isn’t being ruined is priceless. Parking is not great, a really tight lot on an awkward corner across from South Bay Galleria but it’s doable if you want great service.

This is the place to go if you have a watch or clock needing repair. We have been going here for years to replace batteries, for watch cleanings, and most recently I needed a complete overhaul on an older watch that has always run fast. I am so excited, because it now looks brand new, keeps perfect time and remains water resistant. I trust this shop and will continue to use their services.

I have been here a couple times to have my watch repaired. Today I brought my son’s new watch to have some links removed. Now I know I could do this myself but I did not want to ruin it in the prossess. They charge $ 8 but I didn’t mind and I don’t have the hassle. They do sell watches… everything from Seiko’s to Rolex’s. They are right next door to Subway so it smells like a Subway store… I feel bad for the people that have to smell that all day.
