I came here over the weekend once I saw all the positive reviews below. Unfortunately, my first visit was not as spectacular. When I first walked inside, two staff ladies were handling two customers, and asked me to come back 40 minutes later(which is perfectly fine). I waited at the pier and returned for a manicure. The lady did an okay-job. Usually at nail salons, the staff will wipe your hands with a wet, warm towel(or nevertheless, a clean one) after cutting and scraping your nails. The lady used the original towel under the water bowl, so the previous customer’s(and my) cut fingernails and junk scattered all over my hands. She then proceeded to start the coloring of the manicure(yes, with nails and skin all over my hands). Strike one star. After the manicure was done, the staff moved me to an awkward seating at the corner with those freezing miniature fans on my hands since another customer came in for a manicure(the small space does not have enough seating). However, I was left unattended for half an hour with frozen hands(due to the fans). I tried to get their attention and asked for help to grab tip from my wallet but was ignored. I finally pulled the money out myself(yes, with bumps on the manicure), put it on the chair and left. Although the staff faced me, it appears my movements, farewell and departure went by unnoticed. Strike another star. PS: A customer called in to say she was running late; the staff members got pretty upset and ranted about how«she ALWAYS does this» and how they did not want her there. 5 minutes later, the late customer walked in and they greeted her with friendly smiles. One particular lady who gossiped most viciously about this customer chatted to her in the nicest manner throughout the manicure sesh. Frightening to see the same face completely change into another… But what work ethic does the staff follow to carelessly gossip about another customer then be expertly two-faced and believe I – as a customer – am indifferent? Other customers walked in(+3), yet the two staff members assured them to take a seat. They were not told to return after 40 minutes. Do college students like myself simply get inferior treatment? The polish precedently peeled in less than a day. For all these reasons, another strike.

I have been to 4 different nail shops and was never satisfied until I went here. They have the greatest customer service, they care about their client’s happiness and they take time to figure out what nail shape and color you want and they give their opinion when needed. this is by far the best nail spot I have been too and I know what great customer service is

Eileen is the BEST! I’m so happy that Eileen is up and running again in her own shop. All 3 generations — my mom, my daughter and I have known Eileen for years and have stayed with her through all the changes, shops, etc because she takes care of us. She is someone that started off as a person that has done my nails but, now is a friend. She always makes us feel comfortable and makes sure that we’re happy. I always look forward to having my nails done by her and recommend her to all of my friends. I always get lots of compliments on my nails! Give her a call if you want a quality mani/pedi.

Eileen does a great job with my nails. I always feel like a million bucks with freshly done nails. She listens to my needs and files my nails exactly the way I want, the style I want and cleans up my cuticles thoroughly. Some nail shops are sloppy with their fills, but not Aileen. She makes sure your nails are well taken care of. I’ve been seeing her since she was at the old location before it caught on fire. I’m so happy to have found her! She’s back and has resurrected the nail shop to a nearby location. It’s freshly renovated and clean. I am very picky with my nails and have gone all around town trying to find a good nail shop. Aileen has made me a loyal customer with how she has taken care of me. And she can do the same for you. Once you have her do your nails, you’ll wanna keep going back to her. People like her don’t come dime a dozen.
