Jump For Joy! Jumpers and Party Rentals

Jump For Joy helped make our Hermosa Beach Holiday Sidewalk Festival a success this past weekend. They arrived at the exact time I requested to begin the day and they picked up right on time. How wonderful!!! We all know how difficult it is finding such reliable people these days, Jump For Joy is truly refreshing. As an event coordinator for a large organization, my job relies on hiring someone who is dependable, reliable and punctual. I look forward to seeing The Jump For Joy’s smiles really soon for my entertaining needs. Now, if only Jump For Joy can train the cable guy to show up on time!

We rented a bounce house from Jump for Joy this past weekend for our daughter’s birthday party.
I can’t speak highly enough of the experience. They came when they said they would to set up. And they came when they said they would to pack up. The bounce was in great condition, super clean. The crew was incredibly courteous and efficient. Paperwork was ready for me to sign, there were no delays.
Highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a bounce house.

I guess things like this happens to everyone.
You were just fine even you find discrepancy or something wrong, or did not work etc,
You forgive or just let it go with your big heart .
Until you talk to the parson with that business and his attitude or his excuses make you mad. And now you cannot forgive what had happened.
Do you have the experience?. That’s what happened to me with this company.
ordered basic jumper and cotton candy machine. It was $ 190.
The jumper was nice and clean.
The cotton candy machine did not move.
I told the guy when he pick up. Just to let him know what had happened.
He did operated and DID NOT MOVE.
And he did little trick and it stared to worked.
Now, he said, «see it’s works! «
Well, it did not work like you just saw it…
he said I should had call then they can come and fix it .
OK, before you tell me what I should do, Should you first apologize what had happened ??
Also, don’t you need to ofer the refund?
I did not ask any money issue, like I said «just let it go»
Like I said, party went well, it was just fine without cotton machine.
I just do not want to deal with that kind of parson. You know.

This review is long over due but better late than never! I rented a jumper from Jump For Joy on July 25^th for my grandsons 6^th birthday and I just have to say I was really impressed. The two men that came and did the set up and tear down were so professional, quick and friendly. They made sure it was set up properly and safe. The jumper was «CLEAN» and we had it all day. It was perfect. It is a little pricy compared to others — $ 95 — BUT just remember; you get what you pay for and this was high quality, great staff, and all day entertainment. I have paid cheaper before and I will NEVER do it again. Like I said — You get what you pay for and with Jump For Joy you get the best! I would definitely recommend them to everyone and I will use them again myself. Thank you Jump For Joy for making my grandsons Birthday the best!!!

Excellent service. I left a message and received a call back shortly after. The lady was helpful and courteous. The gentlemen came on time to set up the bouncer, the bouncer was clean… and picked up when they said they would. Easy, reliable… Thank you Jump For Joy!

I had a great experience with Jump for Joy! We used them today for my Kindergarten class picnic. They were on time, the jumper was clean, the guys who set it up were police and easy to work with. All around — a very pleasant experience. I’ll book them again next year!

Jump for Joy is fantastic. I use them for parties and every Super Bowl and they are very accommodating, friendly, and the 5 in 1 bounce is always a hit for the kids and the adults. Their pricing is very reasonable as well. I would always go to them first for a bounce house.

I thought I’d give Jump for joy a try, since my daughter was always disappointed with the other company we use to use because of pincher bugs always being a problem in the bounce houses. Jump For Joy has clean bounce houses! not a single pincher bug, my daughter was happy about that! The delivery guys were so nice and friendly! They even had superhero costumes on and the kids loved them. The cotton candy machine was also awesome!!! Great prices, very accommodating and friendly, I’ll defanatly use them again.

The cleanest, best quality jumper we’ve ever had!

My husband was looking for a slide jumper for my daughter’s 7 year old birthday at the very last minute. Jump for joy was our second call after unsuccessful arrangement from the initial vendor. Valerie was helpful and most accommodating to find the perfect slide jumper for us on a weekend. She personally delivers the jumper to us at the promised time with her little helper (her granddaughter) and set up the jumper. If you are looking for a personable and family oriented company to light up your kids’ birthday party or any kids’ celebration, call Jump for Joy. It sure beats Game Truck.

We made all of our arrangements with Valerie, who was totally responsive, always almost immediately, and very, very helpful. On the day of our 3 year old’s party, they arrived right on time; and the bouncer was up and ready before the first little ones arrived. The kids loved every minute of the bouncer; and a great time was had by all. BTW, this was in El Retiro park; and there were no glitches. Perfect.

Jump for Joy is the best! I have used Jump for Joy for years to rent jumpers for my birthday and other kid parties. I have also rented snow cone machines and popcorn machines. Ron’s equipment is always clean, well maintained, easy to use and 100% hassle free. His staff is very nice and always helpful to find the right item to meet your party needs. His prices are great too!!! If you need a company to help make your party fun, then Jump for Joy is perfect for you!
