We called Diane for a walk thru estimate, and she was available to complete the walk thru and estimate within one day. Our initial cleaning was completed yesterday and we are thrilled. Diane is flexible, thorough and affordable. Thanks Diane!

I was trying to rate four and a half stars not just four but my phone wouldn’t let me. Ive had Dianna come and clean my house regularly twice a month for the last 6 – 8 months. She’s super friendly and very accommodating to what ever your needs are. Also my house always is completed looking sparkly and not reeking of chemicals like a lot of people who clean houses do. I am super sensitive to chemicals so this is great for me. The job she does lasts for a bit to cause I have two big dogs who can make the place dirty fast. I would say if you have big rambunctious dogs to put them outside if you can or have them locked up in a different room though cause she is a little nervous around dogs off leash that like to jump a lot. But other than that when I ask her if she can help me fold my laundry or go behind furniture or anything else she helps me with what ever my needs are. Thank you Manhattan maids! I will unfortunately be moving further up north so won’t be able to benefit from her expertise anymore.

Called Manhattan Beach Maids for a last minute move out cleaning. Dianne was able to accommodate the next day. Arrived on time, took a couple hours, worked around me as I was finishing packing and was reasonably priced. I’d call for services again the next time!

Diane did a great job on her first clean. I have a small business and all my employees said it was cleaned better than the previous person I hired. Will be using her on a weekly basis so will update later.

Diane was very responsive, and did a thorough cleaning on just two hours notice on a Sunday afternoon when I was in a bind with a rental property. Thanks!

Needed a last minute cleaning for a move out (same day) and she was able to deliver. Only one I could find in the South Bay! I thought it was a little expensive but probably great price for last minute and two hour cleaning.

I’m very disappointed with Diane. I spoke to her on Sunday to clean an oven, we agreed on Tuesday at noon. I text messages her on Tuesday to let her know that I had stepped out of the house and I would be back momentarily. She then stated that we agreed on Wednesday — we did not and I have text messages to prove it. We agreed for her to come at Wednesday at 8 am. 8 am has come and gone, and she will not respond to text messages, voice messages, or phone calls. Do not hire her unless you want to waste your time.

Diane does a solid job cleaning. She is communicative by text and works for a reasonable price. She has a pleasant and friendly personality. She also works fast and efficiently which is great.

Needed a house cleaned in Hawthorne ASAP prior to a final walkthrough scheduled the next day. Diane maintained good communication the morning she was scheduled to clean the house which consisted of cleaning all kitchen appliances and floors as well as bathrooms and dusting of all window sills throughout. The house is approximately 1,800 sq ft, which she completed within 3 hours. Diane did a good job and I would recommend her to anyone in need of a quick, thorough cleaning.

She was great and affordable. I’ll be using her services every 2 weeks so will update as we go. First time cleaning was really awesome tho, left the place spotless.

The first clean was good. Gave her a good review. Afterward she kept on canceling and rescheduled. She then would be late for most of the appointments. We would spent the whole afternoon waiting for her only to be cancel or she would be hours late.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! She (Diane) is so unprofessional and unlike other negative reviews, she actually showed up but did a HORRIBLE cleaning job. Dust still on baseboards and cobwebs left on the high walls even though she specifically pointed out that she got all of them. Multiple places throughout the house were untouched and left dirty. Also all of her equipment/​supplies are old and looked really dirty. I would AVOID HIRING from here if you’re looking to have clean/​sanitary results…

NO-​SHOW. I made an appointment with Diane for 11:30 AM today, and she didn’t show up, and never answered her phone.

Diane was great and thorough. She came on quick notice and did got the job done right before our guests showed up. Will be using her again in the near future

DO NOT HIRE. Diane gave me a rate for a move out clean and set an appointment for 8am. She texted me at almost 11pm the day before to confirm.
Did not show up the next day! I called and texted to see and she said she was running an hour late. She then texted and raised the rate after giving me a specific price. Could not return a phone call.
Waste of time and worst customer customer service and communication.

I decided to go with MBM because of her good Unilocal reviews. (She has another account, Diane’s Cleaning Service” which I found out about later. It has poor reviews.
I let her in to clean and had to leave. Over all I thought she did a good job — the floor seemed to be dirty after she was done. But I asked her to clean with vinegar so that could be why.

Got service off of quick notice! Diane showed up ready to work and did an incredible job. Had a very great personality and enjoyed having her at the house. I’m a pretty big neat freak and she passed my inspection! :)
I will have her back.

Had scheduled appointment with another company and they flaked. I needed sameday service within 2 hours of my guest arrival and i called Diane and she said that she would be over in 30min. 25min later she texted she was to arrive at 1215. She did!!!
We negotiated a price that was fair and she knocked it out in an hour on a 90 degree day.
I highly recommend her. 5 star job. Thanks Diane see you soon to start a regular service.
