Awesome Mexican food! They have sandwiches too. Can’t go wrong with the prices. I always get the nachos. Yum!

Excellent breakfast burritos. Nice to be able to pick up different drinks and a newspaper, while waiting for your burrito to be made(location is inside liquor store). Fresh and family run. Great location for a visit to the beach!

My review is for one thing only and something I have a bit of an obsession with — BREAKFASTTACOS! Since I unfortunately can’t eat flour tortillas I asked if they could just add the fixin’s to a couple of corn tortillas for tacos instead and it wasn’t a problem at all. And ohhhhh man the flavor! A perfect balance of heat from the hot sauce and chorizo with a little crunch from the lettuce, nicely warmed and slightly grilled corn tortillas… I couldn’t care less this place is in a liquor store, that gives it its charm in my opinion! Best $ 5 take out breakfast ever. I live a little far away but thank goodness it’s close to my kid’s school, I will be here often!

Perfectly sized breakfast burrito for $ 6. Cannot get any better than that! Breakfast burritos come with lettuce, cheese, eggs, and hot sauce… my type of burrito! Avocado, rice, potatoes, etc. is extra but your burrito still comes out under $ 10 unlike some places! They also serve lunch items, but I have not tried that menu yet. It’s def a hole in the wall type of joint because it’s inside a liquor store. It’s also cash only. There’s no dine in, only take out/to go — which is fine because this place is so close to the beach you might as well enjoy your food there :) Hours are: Mon 9:30am-2:00pm Tues-Sat 9:30 — 4:00pm Sun closed

I’ve gotten these lovely burritos for over ten years. Four years ago I moved to Texas, but I still visit the southbay 3 – 4 time a year. Every time I walk in the very nice lady gives me a smile and starts cooking my burrito(without me asking she still knows what I order!) This is seriously the best burrito in the Southbay. I highly recommend the chicken fajita burrito no rice no lettuce add guacamole.

Best burrito in the south bay right here. My brother has traveled extensively through Mexico studying their cuisine and confirms that this brother and sister team are serving up the finest, most authentic burritos and tacos around. Order your food, grab a drink from the liquor store and walk one block to the beach to eat. There are benches overlooking the ocean if you don’t feel like walking down to the sand. All burritos are double wrapped so it makes less of a mess. This is delicious, cheap food served with a smile. Their vegetarian option, the Lifesaver burrito($ 5) is outstanding, I highly recommend it. For meat eaters, the Steak Picado($ 6) is the way to go. Most orders come with a fried jalapeño on the side. And to the other reviewer that gave Los Cabillitos 1 star because«I work a lot and have a long commute»… you are a douchebag.

Wha-wha-wha?! Umm, they are located in a liquor store. No «restaurant» located in a liquor store(other than TSR) deserves more than 3 stars. There are some actual restaurants that have wait staff, and all the other fancy ingredients that make up a great restaurant that should be getting the higher ratings. It’s misleading to give high ratings to a place like this. The food is okay, not great.

very good, very convenient, and very nice people. the food is inexpensive and they prepare your order quickly and efficiently. the BLt is simple but bravo for ALWAYS cooking the bacon perfectly. i also order the burritos… chicken is delicious and the breakfast burritos are addictive. love your hot sauce. well done, you two.

By far the best burrito spot in all of South bay. Hole in the wall type place near the pier inside of a liquor store but believe me this is the best you’ll find. I wish they were open longer

This is a nice deli with great service providers located inside of the Redondo Beach Liquor Store, which is spacious. This is a place to pick up food, not to find a place to sit down and eat as a «dine in» option. But, luckily, it’s walking distance to the beach and if you go to the«Alphabet Avenues»(i.e. Avenue C, etc.) you’ll find areas to sit up top, or if it’s a nice day, you can even walk down to the sandy beach area. The food here is good, and you can get lunch for under $ 6. The food is of good quality as well as quantity. I’ve tried their burritos, both the carnitas and the ground beef. I look forward to trying other menu items as well. I’ve not found a signature item that I flat out recommend yet, but am enjoying the adventure trying something new every time, and have yet to be disappointed. During lunchtime, it’s not too crowded and there’s parking in the front as well as the surrounding neighborhood area, so it’s really convenient. So, if you’re really hungry and on the go, with limited time and $ 10 or less, you should stop by here and give it a try. OH… Transactions are CASHONLY, do be prepared with Paper, not Plastic. There are Banks with ATM’s all along PCH, including a Chase and a Wells Fargo at the Torrance intersection of Pacific Coast Highway nearby. You can support the liquor store too by buying added snacks(chips, candy, packaged goods, etc.) as well as beverages, and they have a nice selection to choose from too, not just alcohol, but sodas, soft drinks, bottled water, etc. The liquor store also sells lottery and lotto tickets, if you’re feeling lucky too!

I LOVE their burritos, especially the chicken. Their breakfast burritos are what I started out getting and now am obsessed with their chicken burritos. The chicken is full of flavor, but so is their salsa, the beans, etc. etc… I wish this place was open evenings and Sundays, but if these are the hours I have to work with then I will do it, if only to get those amazing, amazing burritos.(I am eating one right now. Man, so good.)

What a great find inside a liquor store! I was surprised to find their kitchen station to be super clean. That’s a good sign ;) Their CARNEASADATACOS($ 2.25ea) are great. The asada chunks are juicy and perfectly seasoned. The portions are pretty good too. I’m a small girl and I’d be fine with just one taco. The right amount of onion, cilantro and hot sauce round off the tacos. Mmmmm! They have a varied menu as they also make the following(among others): Chili cheese fries Bacon cheeseburger Pastrami sandwich BLT Overall, this is a great spot for local South RB residents. My bf and I like to grab our food there and bike over to Veteran’s Park near the pier and eat while overlooking the beautiful ocean view :) ***Note: There are no seats inside or outside the liquor store. It’s an «order and pick-up» kind of place.

This place is great! I’ve been a customer since 2002. I usually call my order whenever I’m in a hurry. They are super convenient for me since I live a block away. They are always very nice as well. They food is all good. From tuna sandwiches to breakfast burritos. I mostly order the chicken burrito with everything! mmmmmm, delicious!

This place gets 5 stars because Los Caballitos(the deli inside REdondo Liquor) has the BEST burritos in the South Bay. I am a burrito fiend and have to limit myself to one burrito a week or else I’d turn into a blimp. My favorite is the chicken. I think the secret is the pinto beans which are cooked over night and the salsa. My son does not like Mexican food, but he loves their breakfast burritos. Also, their carne asada tacos are to die for. And hey, pick up a bottle of wine for the weekend. What more can a southern Californian want? Burritos, booze just one block from the beach!
