NitNix Lice Removal

So I discovered my little 5 year old girl had lice yesterday, but I slept in her bed the night before because she was feeling sick and she wanted mommy. So I was freaking out!!! So I found Logan on Unilocal and left her a voicemail. She called me back right away! I was hoping to meet her today and I would of but my husband preferred I tried myself first since he pays for everything. I was extremely upset because I never had to deal with lice! I told her my situation about my husband after she called me back again to hopefully arrange an appointment. Our 3-​yr old, and then me, at 38 weeks pregnant, found out we had lice for the first time. Ohmigoodness, we were pretty terrified. Logan called us within 10 minutes of us calling her, and she was at our house within hours later. FYI: Our story is my daughter had a friend spend the night a few weeks ago, and we had no idea the girl sleeping right next to her all night long sharing head pillows had lice! Well, once we found out my daughter had caught it, we went crazy! Good news is we found it right at the beginning stages. Thank you, Logan :-)

I cannot recommend anyone more highly. Professional, prompt, positive, and knowledgeable. As schools, camps, friends demonize head lice she brings the chatter down where it should be. The pesky pest is an irritant and my children have come home with it twice and shared it with me. Logan Logan Logan, she is completely awesome. I called her after my toddler came home from school and I was notified that a child there had lice. Lice! I completely freaked out. I went and researched what I should do and was lead to Ulta to buy a lice comb and some organic shampoo and conditioner. That night during bathtime-​per the instructions-​I went through his head with half inch sections and combed through. I honestly didn’t know what I was looking for. His hair is fine and has a loose curl so it wasn’t too bad but it did require patience and time. The following day he stayed home and I went to the doctor to see if I had any. As suspected, she half-​assed check (i’m sure her thought process was like «there are people with real problems and I’m checking for lice? Kindly get out of my office). While waiting to be seen I called Logan. I completely freaked over the phone as if the lice were going to attack me and take over my life! Logan assured me that it would be ok and to calm down. I got an appointment for 10:30 the following morning and she went through my sons head like nobody’s business. I actually got to see what a louse looked like and I was just over it. I warned her that my hair isn’t like his, it is very coarse and I highly doubt you would get the comb through it. She did her best and after about an hour and a half we were lice free! I honestly do not know where I would’ve been without Logan’s guidance. She is patient, caring and I learned a lot. Sure, her services may cost more than a CVS lice kit but she teaches you how to prevent them and take care of them in the event that you get them again. She gave me a discount for the second hour which I was very grateful for. I will not hesitate to speak of Logan’s high professionalism, great nature and love for what she does. Thank you Logan!

Words will never truly be able to express the thanks I have to Logan! Her professionalism, good nature and kindness helped ease my family during our unfortunate experience with lice. Logan should have been my first call because she is definitely my last. My daughter came home from school towards the end of last school session in May with a headful of lice. I bought the over-​the-​counter stuff over and over and over again and had no success. Just when I thought it was all good, my daughter complained that her head was itchy again. Logan came to my home and was super nice and informative. she took her time with my daughter and was very patient. She also insisted on checking everybody in the household, and low-​and-​behold we had lice also. she cleared us all up. In addition to removing the lice without chemicals, she also educated us on how to prevent it in the future. As a single mom with 5 kids who go to public school, and pick up many things including lice, Logan is an ANGEL. She came to my home twice to ensure that we were all lice free. On her first visit, she was not available until after 8 pm, and came anyway, after a long day, to ensure that I can go to work the next day!
She also brought us oil and conditioners to use on my children, again to ensure that the lice does not find their scalps again.

But I was so thankful that I attended Logan’s seminar last year at our kids school, and my panic was almost nonexistent!
I went to my notes from her class and relied on those, but when I realized I had a few more questions, she responded to me promptly via email, AND followed up on the phone to talk with me for 30 min.
