History

Established in 2013.

Lift2BeFit was created by Chase Oliver, CPT, to generate a positive, motivating, and uplifting atmosphere for those wishing to improve themselves through fitness. It is a personal training service based out of Dynamic Grit Fitness Studio

I originally worked for a corporate gym. Although I appreciated my time there, I wasn’t completely satisfied working in a corporate environment. I wanted to run my own programs, treat clients like family, and offer competitive rates. It was a big risk branching off on my own, but it paid off. After working as a traveling trainer I made my way to an independent gym in Redondo Beach. I have now found what is my new home at another gym in Redondo Beach at Dynamic Grit Fitness Studio. I am very excited to be given the privilege to work with current clients and meeting new people. In my opinion, you got to have fun, give your all, and not forget to have a few good laughs when getting into better shape. I look forward to meeting you!

Business Owner

Hey there! I’m Chase, Certified Personal Trainer based out of Torrance, CA.

I became a personal trainer so that I could further educate myself, and help others reach fitness goals they never thought were possible. As cheesy as it may sound, fitness can change your life through mind, body, and spirit. It is something that challenges us to the very core, and brings about a new sense of accomplishment.

Seeing others triumph through fitness is an absolute joy for me!

The feeling of helping someone better themselves never gets old. Having personally experienced victories in fitness, as well as progressing through physical injuries, I know that anyone can overcome adversity.
