I use First Impression Design and Jodi on all of my real estate listings. Her and her crew are attentive, polite, respectful, and get the job done. I am incredibly impressed with her eye and knowing just what each room needs to propel it to a higher level. I know my listings wouldn’t sell for as much as they do without her staging and preparation help. Highly recommended.

We have used First Impression on several occasions and they really know how to make a place pop and add value to any home. I highly recommend them. Staging can seem expensive at times but it is worth the $$! Often staging will bring in way more value than you put out so it is definitely worth it to stage your home. Jodi is easy to work with and has a great eye.

Jodi met with my client and told him she would give him a quote in a few days. She never returned the call after that. I got involved and called several times. My call was never returned either. Not the way to do business. May have cost me a client. Whatever the problem is, you should just be honest instead of not returning several calls.

When we decided to put our rental property on the market to sell, I knew it needed to be staged professionally. The empty house looked sad and abandoned. From the first email, Jodi was professional and flexible, which was a relief since we live 400 miles away. During the walk-​thru, she made recommendations on how to prepare the space, and she and her crew were able to stage the house on a short notice. She also helped us with getting an electrician and carpet-​cleaning. Her refined taste combined with experience in real estate and knowledge in current market show in her work. The final staging showed off the positives of the house while hiding blemishes, and most importantly, photographed beautifully. The house had multiple offers since the brokers open including an all-​cash offer, and we accepted one well over asking 5 days later. There is no doubt Jodi made our house so desirable and helped us fetch top dollars and sell so quickly.

Jodi was referred to us to help prep our Hermosa Beach home to sell. She did a quick walk through, pointed out what she could add and made recommendations on what we should keep out or put away. Her quote was super reasonable. Her work was outstanding. She added just enough to bring out the best in our house. She works with a small crew and installation was fast as was take down a month later. Jodi is from the area and knows what will work… she was right. We listed on a Monday and had offers two days later, after just one showing. I highly recommend her!

Working from that plan we were able to work together to make sure it looked lovely. Jodi takes on much of the work herself but homeowners need to be part of the process. Her consultation plan makes it clear what needs to be done. I have used other stagers but Jodi’s personalized approach makes it possible to use her services for various sized homes; homes that need full staging to those that need supplements and fine tuning with the owners’ current belongings. Her years of experience give her a fantastic eye for what needs to be done to have a home looking it’s best. Her prices are also very reasonable and it is money very well spent. I highly recommend her.
