I loved walking over to my neighborhood eyeglass boutique and being helped by the very friendly and knowledgable David. I love my new Oliver People’s sunglasses, and businesses like this one make this a nice community to be part of.

I love this place! Amazing selection, personalized service and David is incredibly knowledgeable about eyewear, lenses, fit and style. Had to exchange my first pair for ones that didn’t pinch my nose but he made the process easy… no hassles or questions asked. I will definitely continue to purchase my prescription glasses and sunglasses from David at this Eyedentity location!

Came in to fix my husbands glasses (nose pads) and we were helped by Lorna who was such a sweetheart! We first went to Lens Crafters and service was so bad we walked out.
Lorna was so quick to fix and clean his glasses and had such a great attitude. This type of service is what will make us come back next time we need a pair of glasses.

Beyond excellent customer service! I can’t say enough good things abt the staff & owner. They are super fast too if you can’t be without your glasses. Who knew a fancy Riv Village store would have the cheapest prices of ANYONE in the So Bay. AND have their own parking, which is a must in the Village. Since I was buying 3 pair, pricing was important. The great cust service was extra icing on the cake. I even called a discounter in Hawthorne, and Eyedentity was almost $ 50 cheaper. Now I won’t go anywhere else when I get my annual glasses.

Owner was VERY rude, bad attitude. Really, there’s no need to be this aggressive dealing with customers or people in general. Just ruined my morning for no reason.

Excellent Excellent Excellent Frame selection!!! and Sean, the manager knew exactly which frames would look great on our beautiful faces. He let us try as many frames as we wanted but in the end, we ended up choosing the frames he had picked out — this guy knows his glasses!
The frames we loved were quite expensive and the lenses must be made of gold because they cost more than the frames.

I have been wearing glasses since I was 18 months old. I mostly wear contacts, but glasses are always a necessity at the end of the day or a long work day to give my eyes a rest. I bought a pair of glasses at Eyedentity about a year ago for the first time. Now their glasses are not cheap, I won’t lie, but honestly, these glasses (and really the lenses) are the best pair of glasses I have ever worn. And I have had a lot of glasses over the years. Looking through my lenses are just like wearing my contacts. I often felt I couldn’t see as clearly through my glasses as I could my contacts especially since I have astigmatism. But with the zeiss lenses you can’t go wrong.
If you are willing to spend the money, for the quality, its worth it.

I’m a huge fan of the eyewear selection, but the customer service is AWFUL. I came in and found a pair of frames that I really liked. I thought about it for an hour and called back to ask the model number so that I didn’t forget it, and the man who I spoke with (not David, the owner – one of his staff) refused to give that out, but said that he’d give me a break on the glasses I liked. First red flag. The whole practice of not disclosing actual model number felt very dishonest.
I then asked if they take insurance – and without answering, the rep just hung up on me. I called back, pointed out to the rep that he hung up on me and asked if they took insurance. The rep was incredibly flippant and rude, said they did not take insurance and that I should «go to a place that takes your insurance and shop there instead of wasting my time.» I pointed out that his customer service was terrible and he actually said «well, you’re not a customer.» To which I replied that, in addition to prescription eyewear, I was also in the market for designer sunglasses – and that I might have been a customer had I been treated properly.
Really TERRIBLE customer service. I had absolutely no intention of wasting anyone’s time (but frankly, it’s the man’s job to help clients who walk into the shop whether they purchase glasses or not). If Eyedentity took my vision insurance, I fully intended to buy my eyeglasses from here. Regardless, I was also in the market for non-​prescription designer sunglasses – and I would have bought those at Eyedentity if my experience had been positive. However, after being hung up on, treated rudely and disrespected, I’m taking my business elsewhere and recommending to all my friends in the area that they look elsewhere. Avoid Eyedentity.

Great personalized service. They have an awesome selection of upscale frames. I get complemented and asked about my frames all the time and I tell whoever ask to go see David and his team!

I enjoy the frame selection! I actually found frames that I actually like instead of settling. Staff was very knowledgeable and gave me a sense of product. The choices I found here were unlike any other that I’ve seen during my search for glasses.

Great service, great prices. I’ve bought my glasses and had my prescriptions fill at Eyedenity Optical for years. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and friendliness of David and his staff. Parking is available on the side of the building.

For a number of years have been purchasing my prescription sunglasses at this upscale shop in Riviera Village, Redondo Beach. Great frames, large selection.

Last June bought a pair of Oliver Peoples, nothing short of FANTASTIC! Eyedentity is always concerned about the lens, the fit and that you are not only satisfied. but happy and comfortable with your purchase. Always impressed with the quick turnaround time!

I will never go anywhere else for my eyeglasses… I was quoted at lenscrafters $ 750.00 just to replace my lenses with my new prescription. what a joke right? I got the whole package: cute new frames, and all the lens coatings for $ 380.00 at Eyedentity. The staff is very friendly and fun to talk to. I love this store, you guys have my five star rating for sure. So if you need new glasses go check out Eyedentity… :)

I came here yesterday with a friend that recently purchase sunglasses here and wanted to get the lens lightened.
They have a great selection of high end eye wear, frames, and sun-​glasses. The woman that owns the store is very friendly and helpful and she will put new lenses in your favorite frames too.
I noticed on the counter that she had several pictures Rod Stewart so me being nosy asked how she knows him and she explained how she met him and now he is one regular customers and a friend.
She also has several other celebrity clients.
