Alina and Camille are outstanding instructors. I’d take all the group classes if I had the time. I’ve been taking private lessons with Camille. She’ll guide you toward being an excellent dancer.

Alina is the owner and the instructor extraordinaire of this great studio. The studio is conveniently located, clean, spacious and has free parking.
My 2 teenage daughters take weekly semi private lessons from Alina. She has been dancing forever, and is a very good instructor who is also very fun, sweet and motivating. The music selection is great as well. My daughters absolutely love her and look forward to the lessons every time.

The lovely Camille is more than a dance coach — she’s a MIRACLE WORKER. With under two months until our wedding, in just 7 short lessons Camille took my fiancé and I from the swaying side-​to-​side high school slow dance (you know the one) to confidently gliding about the dance floor while doing the rumba, a.k.a. the dance of love — very apropos! Oh, but wait, there’s more. We didn’t just do the basic box step. Camille had us spinning, incorporating arm styling and even had my now-​husband master the dip/​kiss combo at the end. On our wedding day, our first dance didn’t just go smoothly, it scored us a standing O from our guests!

About 2 months before our wedding this year, we realized we needed dance lessons badly! So, I researched a few studios in the South Bay and decided upon Dancify (b/​c Alina was super responsive to my email inquiry :).
After a great private intro lesson, we purchased 10 private lessons and truly had the best experience with Alina! After just a couple of lessons, I was shocked that my (non-​dancer) husband was able to lead me in the Rumba and Cha Cha! And even when he and I became frustrated with ourselves half-​way through (when our feet weren’t matching up with the steps we’d just learned :), Alina was a huge source of encouragement and motivation to keep on going. And we did!
We polished up our dance in our final few lessons (and even got to rehearse it in front of some other Dancify students :) and had an AWESOME experience dancing the Rumba and Cha Cha at our wedding in October (complete with the crowd cheering for us!).

All three of my daughter’s dance in Dancify and love their instructors. Great atmosphere and wonderful place to learn Latin Dancing. I highly recommend if you are looking for professional instructors. To parents who are interested in having their kids socially develop, exercise, competitions, exciting choreography or just for fun I highly recommend Dancify!

Alina saved our wedding! One month before, we decided to get professional help as we don’t want to just sway and look awkward during our first dance as a married couple. Alina took us in right away and with just 3 sessions (more is better), we were able to come up with a pretty cool dance number. She taught us a couple of different dance moves and we decided to go with East Coast Swing because it looks cooler. Our song was «Photograph» by Ed Sheeran so it was on the slow side but she totally made it work! Everyone was totally entertained and loved our cool dips and spins! My now husband and I had a great experience and learned a lot more about each other during this process. Alina was an amazing teacher! She’s easy going, patient, and extremely accommodating with our hectic schedules!

I have started with group package as I was not sure if I was going to like Dancify, but after first salsa group lesson, I was hooked .It’s amazing Dancify studio is where I have fun learning with Alina Sachs and Camille. Dancify studio is a wonderful, clean and spacious studio.
My fiancé and I wanted to learn the Viennese Waltz for our first dance and we took private classes with Alina. After the second class my fiancé was already able to dance left turns of the Viennese Waltz and he has never taken a single dance class in his life!!!
Alina is by far one of the best dance teachers I have ever had. She is professional, honest, patient and does everything to make you feel comfortable on the dance floor. She observes and listens and uses different techniques, depending on what kind of learner one is, to really make you learn and understand the dance. Alina not only took the time to teach us the steps and a whole routine but also taught my fiancé how to listen to the music and be able to count to it. Furthermore, Alina is super flexible when it comes to scheduling classes and tries everything to accommodate one’s needs.
In just a couple of weeks we were able to dance a whole Viennese Waltz routine/​choreography (3min long) and we are super excited to present this beautiful dance at our wedding.
We are planning on taking other classes as soon as we get back from our honeymoon.
We highly recommend this studio and of course Alina as a dance instructor no matter if you want to learn a dance or choreography for your wedding or just for the sake of learning how to dance! Go give it a shot! You won’t be disappointed!

My fiancé and I have been taking group tango classes, as well as private lessons with Alina for our wedding, and the results are incredible! In just a couple months we went from being complete tango newbies, to being able to dance a full routine. Our wedding is next week and we are very excited to perform for our family and friends!

Newly married here! Because of Camille Parillo (Dance Instructor and Choreographer) at Dancify Studio, we were able to pull off a classy, elegant «First Dance» at our wedding this past Saturday!
Neither hubby nor I have ever learned to dance. Ever. We also have no rhythm, each have two left feet and couldn’t hear a beat to save our lives! I so wanted for our first dance to be more than just swaying in slow circles, so when we read prior Unilocal reviews and saw all the positive experiences here, we thought, «Why not?»
Alina (the main dance instructor there) was the person I first spoke with when setting up the appointment. I explained to her our situation and the fact that our wedding was in less than 2 weeks. She was so friendly, kind accommodating and encouraging! It’s something you could feel over the phone.
When we got there for our first lesson (a sort of «emergency! hurry up and learn how to dance!» type of package consisting of 2 back to back hour long lessons), we were greeted by Camille. We both instantly felt at ease and confident with her ability to teach us. She really listened to what we wanted, took our abilities into consideration, and created a beautiful dance for us. By the end of that lesson, she had us dancing an entire routine! Granted, it was a little rough (because we were so inexperienced) but still — amazing!
We decided to set up one more lesson with her (two days before the wedding) and she outdid herself once again. (It was totally worth the money, which honestly was nowhere near as expensive as other locations I had looked up with less than stellar reviews). She taught us so many little things that made a huge difference (such as being aware of making «pretty hand movements» during the dance, facial expressions, how to properly dip in an elegant manner, how to avoid appearing tense in the face while dipping, how to get out of a dip, and on and on).
Throughout the entire experience, she was so warm, encouraging and (most importantly) HONEST. If something didn’t look right, she didn’t just let it slip and attribute it to us being newbies or not say anything out of fear of hurting our feelings. She let us know it in a very sweet manner and offered tips that helped to correct it instead.
We talked about it later and realized how lucky we were to have found someone who has an absolutely amazing teaching ability. That’s talent! In a matter of less than 3 hours total, she turned two nervous, self-​conscious, never-danced-in-our-life’ers into a couple who was able to execute a beautiful (albeit slightly shaky) first dance as a married couple. (Hey! It was the first time we danced the routine with me in my poofy wedding dress. Believe me, it was amazing that we didn’t trip and fall!) Truly, that would not have been able to be accomplished if the dance instructor had not been as awesome as Camille was!
Definitely had a great time. We don’t live in the area but hope to return again for drop-​in lessons at least! Go give it a try!

We have been taking Tango classes with Alina to prepare for our first dance at our wedding. Alina is extremely skilled as a dancer and as a teacher. Neither my fiancé nor I have danced Tango before, and my fiancé has absolutely no prior dance experience. After a couple months of classes both of us now know over 20 Tango steps because she is able to break things down in an easily comprehensible way that makes sense no matter what type of learner you are! She uses a variety of techniques to teach us, including visual, tactile, modeling, and verbal/​language based methods. It really helps because my fiancé and I respond to different methods of teaching and she knows how to accommodate all of our preferences! On top of her expert skills, Alina is warm, engaging, energetic, and a joy to be around. She makes our dance classes fun and accommodates to our very busy schedules with evening and weekend hours. We highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in learning different styles of dance and don’t stay away because you don’t have experience — she will make you feel great about your dance skills in no time! :)

I have been wanting to learn formal dancing for years since my dad danced with me when I was 9 years old. My husband was not so hot on the idea and we had tried another dance place before and he did no enjoy it. Well just a few months ago, I talked my husband and some friends into dancing at Dancify Studio. I just Googled dance places close by and they came up! Best choice ever! We were introduced to Camille as our instructor and immediately connected with her. She is an amazing instructor with a great sense of humor and she really helped us learn quickly. Now my husband keeps asking me when is our next class with Camille. We also attended the group classes which are great and really small in size so you get a lot of personal attention. The owner Alina is equally as lovely and her studio is clean, professional and has wonderful energy. I highly recommend Dancify and promise you will not be disappointed. Honestly this is a great place to go to learn dance. Everything is taught at either a professional or beginning level. The people that work there and even the students work together to learn and understand the dance. If anything you’re join a family or a team and honestly it’s meant to have a great time, meet new people, learn a new dance, and have new experiences. I highly recommend coming by and signing up no matter what age you are.

I recently retired from the motion picture industry and I wanted to find Cha Cha Cha lessons. The reason I wanted to learn how to dance is because I heard that as we age we need to keep our minds and bodies in good shape. I started with a private /​group package because I did not know if I was going to like Dancify, but after my first group salsa lesson, I was hooked.
I was an average athlete and I now consider myself to be in very good physical condition for a 62 year old man. However, I never imagined the work I was going to have to put into learning beginning cha cha and beginning salsa. Also, I knew that professional dancers worked very hard, but I figured this would be easy for me because with social dancing you can sorta blend into the crowds. Needless to say, I have been challenged cerebrally and physically. I look forward to the once or twice a week I get to have fun learning new salsa and cha cha cha moves in the group classes. I hope to be moving out of the beginners classes as soon as I learn how to look more natural. Time flies by so fast during these lessons the entire class is usually caught off guard when our time is up. Based on my experience at Dancify during these last couple of months, this is one of the best gifts I have given myself.
Thank you Ms. Alina Sachs. I know I’ve tried your patience with my 2 right feet and wrong direction turns. You are the best teacher ever because you are very thorough, gentle, but tough on me.
I highly recommend Dancify. I have never given a 5 STARS rating for anything until now. Dancify studios is where l have fun learning with Alina. I have a dancing bucket list, and ballroom dancing is next.

I am preparing for an Fundraising dance competition and to be honest I have no dance experience and a little coordination but Alina has been a great instructor. She is patient and very professional. I have a 4 year old daughter who will be taking a few lessons in Latin Ballroom dancing as well. I highly recommend Alina and Dancify to anyone who wants to learn to dance, have a date night with your significant other, ladies night out, just step out of your comfort zone and do something new. I was searching for argentine tango lessons near Torrance and found Dancify studio offering a fantastic special for new students… $ 49.00 for two (2) private and 2 group lessons… Couldn’t believe my eyes so I called and spoke to Alina who is the instructor… she said «yes»…2 private and 2 group lessons for $ 49.00…Without hesitation I booked my first private.
When I first saw her… I said to myself… Wow… beautiful young lady from Russia… BUT… can she teach… cause I fell in love with the dance and wanted to learn it so badly .
Well… to make it short… I am still taking argentine tango lessons every Thursday nights and also learning Salsa on Monday nights and wcs lessons on Tuesday nights and enjoying every minute.
What I like about Alina is that she makes you feel very comfortable and you will also feel that she really wants you to learn whatever dance you trying to learn.
She has given me confidence to get out and dance argentine tango.
I highly recommend giving her a chance to help/​teach you whatever dance you want to learn. You will not regret it. I haven’t!

My husband and I found Dancify Studios online and decided to meet with Alina to talk about dance lessons for our first dance at our wedding and we are so glad that we did. During the first consultation Alina was professional and fun and we got right into dancing. She is so passionate about what she does and it really comes through in her work.
Neither my husband or myself had ever taken dance lessons and we wanted a simple routine to a song we had chosen so we could entertain our guests at our wedding. We had 10 lessons with Alina and each time we went we had a blast, so much laughing and dancing. We walked away from each lesson with a smile on our face and she made us want to practice and work hard. My husband can now somewhat understand rhythm and our first dance at our wedding was awesome!

Earlier this year I made a commitment to myself to learn to dance as a way to get out of my comfort zone, have fun, develop and grow. Having no dance experience whatsoever and not being sure where to turn, I’m so grateful that I found Alina Sachs! From the moment we met, Alina has been a total joy to work with. She’s incredible at understanding where I’m at in skill level and helping nudge me up to the next level week by week, lesson by lesson, and helping me feel great about my progress at every step of the journey. She has balanced teaching the basic fundamentals with ways to be self-​expressed and take liberties and she has helped me to build a strong foundation in salsa dancing that I can count on and grow from. It has been so helpful and inspiring to work with someone who understands how to support a new dancer yet has professional dance experience and a current client base of dancers at every skill level. The lessons I’ve learned from our time together go far beyond footwork and coordination, to partnership, leadership, musicality, self-​expression and confidence. I have a whole new perspective on myself and what I’m capable of thanks to the impact Alina and our lessons together have made and I’m so grateful!
In addition to our regular lessons, Alina helped me to take my dancing journey to the next level and made it FUN by coordinating a group outing to the Hacienda Hotel for social Latin dancing in the real world. It was my first time at a club Latin dancing with women I had just met and it made such a difference to have Alina and other members of her studio there with me. She stood by to support and even take pictures and photos, along with showing us some fantastic moves herself with the other dancers at the club. Yes, Alina is my dance instructor, but more than that she has become an amazing friend and support for myself and what I’m up to.
Alina’s new studio is beautiful, in a great location, and I’m so excited to see it packed with dancers who are having as great an experience as I have had! Her passion for dance is palpable and contagious as soon as you walk in. Thank you Alina!
