Ben Larson was our realtor on both the listing of our home in Valencia, California and the purchase of our new home in the South Bay. I found that the level of professionalism and service that we received far exceeded our expectations. He kept us up to date in each stage of the process as we sold one home and purchased another. He was always either available to take our calls immediately or return them promptly. Our sales transaction had a few issues due to problems with the buyer’s lender, yet Ben did a great job in overcoming the obstacles and getting the transaction closed. I have a great deal of experience in negotiating contracts as part of my business, yet I appreciated having Ben’s knowledge and expertise in handling the negotiations for us in these real estate transactions. Ben Larson was our buyer’s agent on our recent house purchase in Torrance. We had been working with another agent for months and decided to try something different and gave Ben a call.
