TSS Test

This is my second time visiting this location to take a certification exam for work. I had no previous issues, but today I had a terrible experience!
I arrived about 10 minutes early for my 9 am appointment. There was no one at the front desk. After waiting around for 5 minutes, I had to wander around the building to find someone to help me. At least install a bell or something for service?
After checking in, the staff led me halfway to the exam room. He was stopped by another lady trying to «check out» the space before her exam the next day. He let her ask several questions before finally asking her to wait until after he set me up for my exam.
Then — I kid you not — they start testing the FIRE ALARM 2 minutes into my exam. Luckily I was alone in the exam room and the room was near the front desk, so I was able to open the door to ask if it was an actual emergency. What about anyone testing in other exam rooms? Once he confirmed it was just a test, he did offer me earplugs. The alarms only lasted about 5 minutes but obviously the noise and overall disruption was super distracting. I understand that the business might not have much control over the testing, but someone should have proactively told me they were going to test the alarms.
I will unfortunately have to use this location again, because it’s the closest location to my home and work. Lastly, for me personally, these certification exams are stressful enough. I did not need all of the extra hassle this morning.

Not bad as far as testing centers go.
Cons:
*Can be noisy. The first time I took an exam there was a meeting in the room next door and I could hear everything. Walls were thin like of a cheap hotel. Luckily they do provide ear plugs which was a big help.
Pros:
*Decent computers. I’ve taken tests where computers where extremely slow with lots of lag. TSS has computers that are comparable for what they are being used for.
*On a Bus line. I recently became a bus rider and am happy that I can study on my Bus and be dropped of right in front of the building.

From my initial inquiry on training to my actual class, I was beyond pleased with TSS Redmond. They do a great job in all areas of training, but especially with tailoring a class towards MS-​specific training.
I’ve recommended them to multiple friends and colleagues and will continue to do so … they gave me great information, training, and customer service!
