This was one of the better hotels that I have ever stayed in. This was one of the better hotels that I have ever stayed in. It’s not a very big chain its local as far as I know and that might be a good thing. The room was very clean not over the top with decorations or accessories it was just enough. They had very good coffee, real coffee cups and a little taste of home. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend this to anyone who is visiting Seattle. Thank you very much for your hospitality silver Cloud Inn in Redmond. If I’m back in the neighborhood I’m going to be staying here. Thank you very much.

Five stars! We just stayed for one night this time. We got upgraded to a jacuzzi room for no extra charge, which was really cool! The King bed was comfortable, the room was clean, well stocked and maintained, the Wi-​Fi was strong, and the breakfast buffet here is always great.

My family and I enjoyed staying here. The room is clean and breakfast in the lobby is plentiful. We stayed here for 2 nights. All the staff are nice and polite. I enjoyed the indoor pool. I was able to introduce my 4 year old to the swimming pool for the first time in his life. He enjoyed it very much.

I have stayed here 4 or 5 times over the last couple of years. The service is consistently very good. I have never had a problem so, I how well they recover from one. The front desk is efficient and friendly. The rooms are normal sized and the bed is very comfortable. My room had a 60″ flat screen. They serve a continental breakfast and there is a nice seating area outside. It is close to Microsoft with easy access to the freeway.

I love this hotel best staff in the area, best breakfast, and Tuesday social hr is awesome I just wish it was twice a week! Don’t waste your time at the other hotels in the area like I did! A work buddy told me about this place and now I only stay here!

Nice hotel, good check in, but horrible signs denoting property location.
Apparently the people that own the small chain believe that everyone lives in the area… Wrong.
Rooms are adequate size with good bed and amenities. Clean and with free breakfast a good deal.
They lost one star for the sign issue. Took us 15 minutes driving around find the main entrance.

My room was clean, but, another guest has just opened the door to my room because the front desk seemingly tried to put him in the same room as me. I called the front desk and they apologized (good, mistakes happen), but, when I asked if it would be safe to leave my things in the room when I’m not there they said it «should» be OK. Oh dear, fills me with dread if they can’t get the very basics right.

All is clean, comfortable, and wifi worked great. Bed was very comfortable.
We loved the Tuesday evening snacks, fresh veggies and cheese/​crackers. Chips/​dip too :-)
Staff was nice, made good suggestions for food and transport to airport.
Close to the Microsoft campus.
Rooms facing the back parking lot can get a lot of noise.
I was sad to see that cat died. It was nice to have a feline welcome in addition to that of the folks behind the desk.

Booked this place on a whim and b/​c of moderate pricing. I must say for price and location you can’t beat it. Rooms were pretty nice, they had small fridge and microwave, comfy beds, Aveda products for bathing, nice POOL and SPA tube. I’ll pick this place time and time again if I have the choice versus staying in downtown at some fancy hotel.

Hooray. I have found the hotel that I will use from now on when I go to Redmond (and don’t feel like using the corporate apartment).
Suites for 150 bucks. Fireplace. Flat screen hi def. Wireless was flaky, bedding was perfect.

Loved this hotel!!! The staff was excellent, the room was perfect, and the morning food spread was excellent. Every other guest I spoke with felt the same as me. Free parking, business center, laundry center, and breakfast. They have a house cat that I only saw once but what a treat to see!
We booked a suite room with two tvs, divider between the living room and bedroom and it also had a fridge, real silverware, microwave, and a fireplace. It was perfect for our little family of four.
Didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but I did try out the free laundry and business center. What a convenience!
