Really nice people! I brought my husband’s pea coat in because it had a delightful collection of baby fluids (tmi?) and desperately needed a good cleaning. The price was great, and the lady there saw that I had a wee little babe in tow, so she helped me to the car. I’ll be bringing future dry cleaning things here for sure.

Keep your designer items away from here!!! After reading reviews I knew I was taking a risk dropping off my DVF wrap dress, but decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately, my gamble did not pay off. My dress is ruined. I’m not sure what they did, but my dress was nearly brand-​new (only worn two times) and they somehow made the jersey look worn (it now is piling). They also obviously applied too much heat to the material and it has left shiny press marks everywhere. I’m super bummed that this almost brand-​new DVF dress is ruined! I will not bother complaining to the owner as what’s the point? This dress cannot be fixed, and based on other people’s customer service issues, I’m guessing she’s not going to give me back the amount I paid for this. Hard lesson learned — just don’t make the same mistake as I just did!

This place is amazing! I was very suprised on how fast, and how clean my dress shirt became. I am a waiter and I accidentally spilled a bowl of soup all over my white dress shirt and I tried multiple ways of getting the stain out. I decided to bring my dress shirt to this place because it’s literally five minutes from my house and the ratings on Unilocal were high. They had the dress shirt done in 20 minutes even though they were having a busy day! I was very surprised, my shirt looks BRAND NEW! Another time I brought my dads blazer for an interview I had to attend and they cleaned it in less than 30 minutes! This business is a family business, every time I’ve been here, the workers gave me AMAZING customer service. The young gentleman, the older gentlemen and I believe the wife of the older gentlemen gave me great customer service. They were very nice, explained everything very well and they were VERY respectful. Will ALWAYS be coming here!

I never really went to get anything dry cleaned before, but a friend recommended me to give it a try. This place was the closest dry cleaners to my house so I took 3 of my blazers and 3 dress shirts here for the first time. The young man named Dylan or Daniel (I had forgot his name) helped me out a lot through the process. He explained to me how the whole process works as I was a first timer, and told me it would only take a few minutes and recommended me to grab a bite at the teriyaki joint next door while I wait. I came back in about 20 – 30 minutes and everything was all done and ready to go. I was amazed by how my blazers and dress shirts turned out, and amazed at the speed and work from these nice people. Another man came out from the back (perhaps the owner) and welcomed me. He chatted with me for a little while and told me to come back sometime, which i’ll definitely do.
Overall, awesome experience. Probably won’t go to any other dry cleaners as nothing could get better than this.

Wow just wow I took my 20 dress shirts to be cleaned and they did it in under an hour. I was very impressed by the fast service and nice receptionist named daniel. He even gave me a discount! Will always come here again. Recommend to everyone.

This is what Sammamish Cleaners did to my dress shirt. Two holes, each onE on the same spot. This is the worst ever experience with Cleaners. The short Chinese owner wanted money from me to fix this and stated it is my fault. This is the 2^nd shirt they destroyed — I just did not realize immediately. I promised him to post this on Unilocal.His answer «Fugg hyou ann geddh out’o my sttohr».
DO AVOID THIS PLACE. THIS is a $ 100 shirt just going down the drain.

They delivered the item in the given time frame and it looks clean.

The service is consistent and the quality is good, but like most of the Seattle area cleaners the prices are inflated. I paid less in California for pressed shirts than I do in Redmond. Unbelievable.
