Dr. Richard Baxter, a board-​certified plastic surgeon, is the Medical Director of SkinSpirit in Washington. Dr. Baxter is a leader in the industry and a nationally-​recognized expert in the Pacific Northwest.

I take great pride in the fact that we work incredibly hard to maintain the highest standards of excellence in training, safety, service and results. We have some of the best trained staff in the country, are recognized as leaders in the industry and maintain minimal staff turn-​over. We do not have sales goals and offer complimentary consultations so clients will never feel pushed into anything. We want to build long term relationships with clients. I am always available to clients and welcome feedback (although our best efforts, we may still not be perfect). Thanks for your time, we look forward to taking great care of you!
