Pearce Heating is the eastside heating and A/​C experts! We install gas furnaces, air conditioners, hot water tanks, thermostats and air cleaning systems. We are prompt, detail oriented, clean and honest. Our customers are treated like we want to be treated when we are a customer. We are a small family operated, independently owned company that does not want to sell you more than what you need for your home.

We also provide a Preventative Maintenance Plan to come and service your equipment every year in order to help keep your equipment in its best working condition. Proper maintenance can save you from the emergency no heat call in the middle of the night!

We are a Bryant Specialist and we also service Carrier furnaces.

If you need any repairs or have any problems with your units, then we will be there to take care of the fix.

Don’t hesitate to call when that hot water tank starts to leak, or your thermostat has gone blank. Our technicians can help! We can come in the evenings and on Saturdays to make life a little less stressful if needed. Give us a call, we have a 24 hour reception desk!

History

Established in 1994.

Pearce Heating & A/​C stemmed from Brian, the owner, branching out from his dad’s commercial heating company. After college it was the right time for him to start on his own and build a new legacy. Pearce Heating has always been a small company, with more of a family atmosphere, than a group of employees. Over the years some of his employees have gone on to work for larger companies in the same industry and others have learned the trade and have contracted on their own. Brian enjoys teaching and helping others to learn, just as his father did.

Brian Pearce is as good as they come. He spends much of his time giving back to the community through the Liberty Road Foundation. He also some how finds time to train for triathlons. Each year life brings more challenges and Brian sets out to tackle them all. Brian is an intricate part to the growing success of Pearce Heating and he is a strong customer service oriented business owner. Without positive customer feedback Pearce Heating & A/​C would not be so fortunate to continue with so much growth and success.
