We had some A/​C issues in our house. Another company said that we needed to replace both of our furnace units and were going to charge us $ 21,000. I called All Hi-​Tech and they were able to fix the problems at a reasonable price. They were very accommodating with some schedule changes on my part. I would highly recommend them.

Our furnace failed to power on after recent power outage. All Hi-​Tech was responsive right away to late afternoon call to them and came out the same evening. Within 10 minutes we were up and running with a thorough explanation of issue, no hard sell for any «extras», reasonable pricing and, per our request, a fair ball-​park estimate for full furnace replacement.

Furnace stopped working at 11pm Friday night. We started smelling gas and the pilot wasn’t turning on. I sent a txt message to Faisal to see if he could help. He promptly responded and asked me to send a picture of the furnace and then asked me one question and BAM he knew exactly what the problem was. He told me he’d be in the next day (Saturday, which is a day he does not work) at 10:30 am. He called me in the morning and told me he was coming early which was awesome because we were cold! He showed up and within 15 – 20 he was done. Gave me advice about filters and other important maintenance tips.

My house is being remodeled and I am admittedly not a handy man. If you got technology issues, that’s me.
Any case, all of sudden my furnace stops working. I had my general contractor look at it, thinking his vast construction and home remodeling experience would solve the problem. After 2 days without heat, I turned to Unilocal.
I got an appointment to have a technician come onsite that same day! Now that is prompt, and none of that 2 – 6 pm crap. He even called to ask if he could come earlier.
Upon arriving onsite, Faisil promptly removed his shoes. Nice — since I didn’t have to ask. Even though he didn’t have to. Within 10 min — he had the core problem solved. And then cleaned the air filter. And recommended a system tune up.
Fair prices. I think it was 89 $ for diagnosis and then 149 $ for the whole tune up. I know you can probably get a groupon but I’ll stick with these guys. A furnace replacement apparently costs 5500 $ nowadays. Don’t want to be «penny wise, pound foolish».
Overall, highly recommend these technicians for prompt service, and excellent communication and customer service.

We needed additional wires run for our new Nest thermostat. All Hi-​Tech was listed on Nest’s website as an authorized installer. After seeing all the great reviews on Unilocal,my fiancé called to inquire. Owner Faisal answered the phone and was very polite. Setting an appointment was easy. On the day of the appointment, Faisal called about ten minutes before the appointment to let us know he’ll be there in about 20 minutes. It’s really thoughtful when tradesmen call to let you know if they are running early or late. Great communication. When Faisal and his assistant arrived and entered our house, they were courteous and took off their work shoes with us having to ask. It’s a sign that they respect your home. As for the work, he was great about analyzing the best way to run new wires without having to drill or cut a bunch of holes in the drywall. Once the plan of attack was set, he and his assistant worked quickly and with precision. They installed the new wires in no time. Faisal and his assistant were conversant and friendly. Nothing but great things to say about the entire experience. Fair pricing, great communications, courteous… totally recommend them.

Polite, Professional, and Timely… oh and tidy too
I have had the «pleasure» of dealing with a number of different HVAC companies, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with All Hi-​Tech. I needed a gas valve replaced and they gave me the best estimate. They didn’t try to gouge me with an «opportunity» cost, or upsell me on a new furnace using scare tactics. They came in, promptly replaced the valve, took the time make sure it was visually clean install and checked everything. The only indication remaining that they were there is a furnace that now works 100% of the time, and their maintenance sticker :)

I have used them twice now and have been very impressed each time. They have always been on time, are very polite and explain the issues so that I can understand. An extra step in yesterday’s visit, pictures were taken so that if I have the same issue again they might possibly be able to walk me through troubleshooting it by phone. I have no reason to call elsewhere. Also, I feel their prices are very fair.

Excellent work, excellent service. I’ve used them three times now and each time, they arrived on time and got right to the root of the problem with the gas heating units. The first time at our rental property, they quickly identified the problem with the furnace as a minor one, fixed it and only charged their minimum. Second time, Faisal correctly identified the bad furnace component after my regular HVAC company failed twice to find the problem. Third time, (yes, now All Hi-​Tech is who I call first) they again demonstrated expert problem identification and efficient repair on the furnace and also the gas fire place. Prices are fair and reasonable despite some increases in the past 2 years. If you need them out right away, be ready to pay the after hours charge (149), which is worth it when pressed for time.

Very reliable and completely professional. Worked with my older furnace that had an electronic air filter and reconfigured to permit us to use standard air filters. Also gave a couple of good suggestions on how to manage heat/​energy use while we wait to do a major remodel in a couple of years. Priced reasonably and accepted a personal check. THANKS!

Faisal and trainee tech arrived right on time. Faisal is friendly, knowledgeable and very honest. He did a routine maintenance on my residential gas furnace and explained what he did. He then mentioned options for upgrades for optimal operation — mainly changing my thermostat to a multistage w/​wi-​fi for optimal fan and heat up operation and online programming access. But no high pressure sales. I highly recommend this business.

Good service, they were flexible in scheduling even though I moved the appointment last minute, showed up on time and explained what they were going to do before they did the maintenance work. Additionally, furnace was making noise when it started, they identified it to be a loose fan and replaced it. No expensive repair quoted. I’d highly recommend them

Furnace broke a couple days ago, called these guys at 11 pm at night and they got back to me instantly!
Had a 95% american standard gold series installed to replace my old furnace
I also quoted around for pricing and these guys offered the most competitive price! They were about $ 600-​$ 1200 cheaper than the other guys comparing similar models and quality of furnaces

Our furnace wasn’t working properly and in a blink — it was fixed. Yes, it was $ 129 for the last minute call but he came SAME day at 9:30pm. There is a minimum 1 hr labor charge ($ 80) but it was worth it to be up and running in this cold spell! I really appreciate that they understand how important it is to get heat functioning for folks so they are going above and beyond, working late to get their furnaces up and running.
Oh, and when I inquired about maintenance, the best time to schedule furnace maintenance is in September — *before* the winter rush.

This places was awesome! I was feeling under the weather when the cold started this year. It wasn’t even really that cold yet, but it’s been getting to me bad the last few days as I’m not feeling well.
I called numerous places all of them said they had no way to fit me in for at least a few weeks. When I called All Hi-​Tech, they called back a little while. When I gave them my address, he said he had another call nearby in the evening and could stop by if I didn’t mind it being a little later.
He called about 10:00pm and came over. It was a quick fix. He didn’t do much, maybe 10 minutes. He didn’t charge me an «after hours» surcharge as he was already in the area and it was so close.
I’d totally give these guys all the props! They rocked.

My furnace went out last night. I called in the morning and the repairman came in the afternoon. The repairman identify there is problem with the control board. He said the board might be repairable but it would take too much effort to fix it, and he recommended us to replace the board. He charged $ 429 for the board that cost $ 129 from ebay. $ 300 for the 15 minutes installation is rediculously expensive, not to mentioned diagnosis is charged separately.
After all, I appreciated the immediate fix but was disappointed by the way he charged.
