This dental specialist is remarkable! He is meticulous in his work and saved my implants from major bone loss. I had a bone graft and surgery to stop an ugly infection with bone loss above 2 implants. Surgery was practically pain free.(just a little discomfort first day after), with rapid healing and a positive bone graft. I am so happy that I had Dr P Kanter do this work. He was referred to me by another great dentist. Dr Garrick Lo of Redmond Square Parc Dental, who is also tops in his field of dentistry. Wasn’t sure I was going to do ok with the oral sedation rather than IV but it went very well and I never remembered a bit of the procedure. Trust me… he is excellent!

I entrusted Dr. Kanter with the extensive procedure of removing my entire upper arch of teeth and their replacement with six dental implants for the support of a full fixed bridge. The substantial erosion of bone in my upper jaw made bone grafts necessary. Sinus lifts and gum grafts were also required. We opted for immediate loading of the implants, that is, my prosthodontist attached a temporary bridge to the implants on the day of surgery.
My trust in Dr. Kanter proved to be entirely justified. The procedures could not have gone more smoothly and trouble free. Operative and post-​operative pain was minimal. The gum grafts were uncomplicated. I recently saw Dr. Kanter again for the six month evaluation of the procedure and the integration of the implants into the upper jaw bone is complete and quite perfect.
I highly and enthusiastically recommend Dr. Kanter. He clearly cares very much for his patients and takes great pride in his work. But actions speak louder than words, and am I happy to report that Dr. Kanter will soon perform the identical procedure on my lower jaw.

Had him do two gum grafts. He’s really good.
