I have been going to Dr. Raymond Hsu for over 35 years. Him and his staff are fantastic! I always have the best service. The staff is always prompt with their appointments however if I have a need they are more than willing to take the extra time to make sure that my teeth are well taken care of. I highly recommend Dr. Raymond Hsu.

Dr Hsu has been taking care of my family since 80^th. He is gentle and skillful. He continues to learn and bring new technologies into his clinic in order to offer the best care to his patients. His dental work is nearly perfect and lasts a long time. I highly recommend him.

Great Dentist & staff! I actually looked him up on Unilocal when I first moved to the area and the reviews were so great so I had to try him! He was excellent in helping me understand my personal situation with my teeth and truly educated me on what I need to do. I didn’t feel a thing when I was in the chair and I didn’t have any numbing! Very friendly and understanding.

Dr. Hsu quickly and competently re-​cemented a front veneer that had come off (had been put on by an out of town dentist) and did it at a reasonable rate. All the other dental offices I called insisted I needed a full exam and x-​rays for this simple procedure. I could tell that Dr. Hsu was very experienced and knowledgeable.

Gentle, patient-​focused care with results. I love the partnered approach for a lifetime of excellent and healthy mouth care. I feel confident that I’m getting the best care possible and recommend him to everyone I know. He also sings and I love chatting with him about our mutual interest in music.

Raymond was my dentist for 12 years when I lived in Redmond. He is the only dentist I have ever encountered that teaches his patients how to care for their own teeth. I have followed his instructions ever since and have not had a single problem in well over 10 years. Most dentists fix problems; Raymond teaches you how to avoid problems. Now that I am retired and do not have dental insurance and it’s great to only have to pay for 2 cleanings a year and nothing else.

I have been seeing Dr. Hsu for 20 years, and he and his staff are still well worth the drive out to Redmond – even though I now live in Shoreline and work in Fremont. He engages with me as a partner in the health of my teeth and mouth.
He actively engages in ongoing professional development for himself and his staff, and he steadily improves the practices of his office. I cannot remember two visits in a row going exactly the same, as the team continues to modify what they do.
As for service and professionalism, I cannot say enough. A great example: he gives his cell phone number out on his office’s after-​hours phone message. As an existing patient, I can call him ²⁴⁄₇ and consult on any dental emergency.

Dr. Hsu is an excellent dentist. He helped me out during a dental emergency (wisdom teeth began acting up very suddenly — he helped me find a good dental surgeon nearby who took great care of me) on very little notice. As my regular dentist (until I moved to California), he really put a lot of care into ensuring I had the healthiest mouth possible. He basically re-​taught me to brush my teeth, and the results were clear. Thanks to what I learned from Dr. Hsu, I’m confident that I’ll be able to prevent dental issues in the future, and that my dental hygeine will be great as long as I follow the instructions he gave me.
