Facelogic Spa

I’ve come here on and off over the last two years and I’ve had enough that I’m done.
The good: SOME of the waxers are great at their job. Gretchen was fantastic when she was waxing, last I heard she just manages now. I tried two other waxers, Sunny and Michelle and both were lackluster and not worth repeat business to. Michelle has a fear of silence and likes to ask a lot of personal questions, I found that annoying. Also, she scolded me like a child and made me repeat twice that I would no longer tweeze my brows. I don’t appreciate that kind of talking down to.
The facials are good and relaxing. But they do MAJOR up-​selling of their products while they do it.
The annoying: they have this thing where if you refer people you allegedly get a referral bonus. I found it’s hit or miss. One referral I did get credit for, another I did not. And I was standing right next to her (my referral) when she said, «X referred me to here» and they claimed I was going to get something in the mail and I never did. So, just to be forewarned you may or may not get credit for your referrals.
The bad: This is petty, but they stopped giving a Prime Card discount. BOO!
For what they charge, there is way better waxing services out there. DO NOT TRY THE SUGARING!!! Jesus Christ, did it once and never again! Hurt 3x as much as any waxing ever did!

The person who did my Brazilian wax was much less than pleasant. She was snotty and bitchy. It is embarrassing enough to have someone in your most intimate areas, but it is horrible when they do nothing to comfort you.
She sugared me when I specifically requested waxing only. This resulted in copious amounts of ingrown hairs. At the end of the wax she let me know that she «normally» completes a Brazilian in 15 minutes. I apologized to her and she said «oh no, I’m just saying…» What is that supposed to mean? Did I inconvenience you?
At the end when it was time to pay, I went up to the counter and felt like she and the front desk girl were laughing at me. They made a few snooty comments, I paid and got the hell out of there. I’m irritated that I left a tip at all. She didn’t even do the eyebrow wax that I was part of my Local Twist deal. Never going back.

I see Stacy once a month for a signature facial. She is amazing. I have never trusted someone so completely with my face, anything she suggests I try, I do it no questions asked. She is a master of her craft and I have no idea where my skin would be without her. She is really good about telling you a bit about what she is doing to improve your skin but does not go into too much detail because you aren’t really there to learn, you are there to relax and be pampered, right? She does excellent extractions and includes an awesome neck and shoulder massage with this delicious smelling massage oil. I personally love the zero gravity chairs in the treatment rooms because they take the pressure off of my back. The semi private rooms are not a problem, I am always fully covered and warm, if I ever want an extra blanket the staff is happy to accomodate me. I love facelogic :)

I went to Facelogic after buying a Groupon voucher for a facial package. I observed instantly how clean and sterile Facelogic was. I then walked into the Facial area where like Massage Envy, there were multiple open air rooms separated by curtains. In other words, you are not completely separated from the person next to you also getting a facial and that didn’t bother me personally. As soon as my aesthetician began working on me I thought for sure this was going to be one mind blowing facial. She seemed to be very knowledgeable and skilled, it was feeling great and so wonderful, and I was completely relaxed. After a short 30 – 35 minutes, that was it! The facial was done! My package was for 60 minutes but she spent the remainder of the time doing a hand and shoulder massage (which was great) and discussing products and their 6-​month membership program with me.
I really want to like this place because I feel it has a great deal of potential. I am a big advocate of places having a specialization or focus and doing a better job than their competition. That is the appeal of Facelogic for someone like me. Though I didn’t necessarily endure anything horrific, what I could have done without is the sales pitch to purchase the membership or to buy expensive products. With the well-​skilled technician I saw that day, I don’t think I should have left feeling like there could have been more focus on the facial than there was.
I’m starting to wonder if the Living Social and Groupon patrons get a little bit different treatment because I have yet to use one of these vouchers at a place which makes me a returning customer.

I found out about this via Twitter. (Yes, Twitter, Someone RT one of their tweets). Then, I realized it was located in Redmond. I wanted to try out a new spa, instead of always going to Gene Juarez or InSpa.
I had the standard facial, eye/​lip and hand treatments. The service was great! I forgot her name, but she was had knowledge of the service and was semi-​new to the beauty industry.
The spa is small and semi-​private. Yet bright, clean, and welcoming. Each «stall» is small and equiped with its own chair, which is super comfy.
The prices are very reasonable, esp. for a facial. Still, in these «times», spending $ 60-​$ 110 every month for a facial can get costly. I want to go back soon, though. Seems like a great salon!

This is a monthly must at my age… Scott is the skincare specialist that I adore here. Facelogic is clean, friendly, and not expensive. I always leave feeling refreshed.

I LOVE Facelogic! Every time I go in everyone is so happy to see me and they are always trying to make sure I have a fantastic experience. Stacey is my go-​to girl for waxing and sugaring, and seeing her is like seeing a good friend… albeit a good friend that rips out all my unwanted hair. We talk, laugh, and she always remembers little details about our conversations that prove that she is a great listener and truly cares about what is going on in your life, not just what’s going on with your eyebrows.
Do yourself a favor and call Facelogic today. Ask for Stacey… you won’t ever want anyone else!

I heard of Facelogic through a friend at my work that it was a nice, affordable, clean facility. I have never really been in to getting facials, waxing, etc, but, due to chemotherapy I had begun to stop wearing mascara in hopes to keep my eyelashes in tact. After discussing this with my nurse, I decided to get my eyelashes tinted. I made an appointment an saw a gentleman named Scott. Scott not only did a fabulous job on my eyelashes, but he was also very friendly and sensitive to my situation. From the moment I got there, I really felt relaxed. Although the rooms are only separated by drapes, it was very quite. The process itself only took about 20 minutes. Scott offered me a blanket, and put some nice clothes over my eyes while the dye was setting in. I had also heard from others that often times your eyes can burn when getting the tint, but mine did not at all! I was very happy with my entire experience at Facelogic, and Scott was just so fun and fabulous. I will definitely go back!

I drove from Seattle to try out Face Logic after purchasing their special on Living Social. I didn’t know what to except but was very pleased right from the beginning. The place was bright and clean and the girl at the reception desk was very friendly and welcoming when I arrived.
I really liked my esthetician Stacy. She made me feel comfortable from the beginning. She was so nice and knowledgeable. I really feel like she customized the facial to fit the needs of my skin. She suggested products but as another customer said, they were not pushy at all. The facial was fantastic! I love a place that will do good extractions!
I didn’t mind the semi private rooms divided by curtains. Once reclined, it felt like I was in a room with walls and a door. I was there during the day in the middle of the week and it was quiet. I can imagine it gets a little loud at night and on the weekends.
I received a letter a few days later from Stacy with eye cream samples that she wanted me to try. I loved the follow up… and the samples. It’s those little things that set this place apart from other skin care salons.
I look forward to working with Stacy to get my skin glowing. I am also excited to come back and try sugaring!
Pro’s: Friendly staff, great products to choose from, membership is well worth the investment for facials and waxing/​sugaring, awesome follow up!
Con’s: Semi private room, location in Redmond for me but worth the drive
Suggestions: Heated blankets for those who might get a little chilly!

I found out about Facelogic in Redmond through the LivingSocial deal a few days ago. After checking the reviews on Unilocal I decided to give it a shot. I ended up agreeing with previous reviewers on both the pros and cons of this spa.
All the staff members are very friendly and attentive to your needs. Once inside I filled out the customary paperwork you do at every spa, and then I was given a tour of the facility. They talked about their products, which I understand every spa tries to sell. The more useful part was when the receptionist showed me the spa area and where the bathroom was.
I’m not sure what reviewer Lucy H. is talking about in her one-​star review, perhaps she had a bad esthetician. My esthetician was named Katie, and she knew her stuff. Katie made sure to let me know there was an extra blanket if I was cold (I didn’t need it) and to tell her to increase or decrease massage pressure depending on my preferences. She also talked to me about my skin and seemed very knowledgeable. She also asked if I wanted to have her explain what she was doing as she went, or if I just preferred quiet during the treatment. I asked her to explain and everything went smoothly. The massage was great and I wish it could have lasted longer.
I wasn’t a big fan of their chairs, I prefer a bed where you are lying completely flat. As other reviewers have mentioned, you do not receive your facial in a room with a door, but a larger space divided into sections with walls and curtains. Most of the time it was quiet, with just a little soft music playing. But sometimes I could hear other people talking or laughing outside, which wasn’t the best for the atmosphere. I’ve been more relaxed at other spas.
Their prices are very reasonable, especially for the great service and attention you get.
I was most impressed by their complimentary make-​up service afterwards (foundation, blush, lip gloss) because I haven’t seen that at any other spa and it’s very helpful. Application was quick and professional. The make-​up service is complimentary with every facial.
Although they recommended products to me, I appreciated that they weren’t too pushy about it, which happens at other establishments and makes me feel uncomfortable. Again, great service.
Overall, I thought the service, the facial, and my esthetician Katie were 5 stars, but I wasn’t a huge fan of the chairs, and the atmosphere could have been more relaxing. I would give Facelogic a 4.5 if I could. If you want to make sure you have a good facial experience, you should request Katie.

I was excited to try Facelogic since I love the concept of being a member, like at Massage Envy. I was fully ready to sign up after my intial facial.
There are not private rooms with doors, just a large room with curtains closing each section off. It was slightly noisy and I was not able to really relax. Also, it was very cold in the room (especially with barely any clothes on). My facial was not great. She didn’t do any extractions, her massage was very light and she didn’t go into anything about skincare with me. Also, the chairs are like lawn chairs, you don’t lay back in a comfortable way.
I would not recommend going here, go to a normal spa and get the spa like atmosphere and service.

I am busy busy. I work full time, have a two year and am going to grad school. I don’t have a whole lot of time to pamper myself, so when I do I want it to be good. I LOVE FACELOGIC in Redmond Ridge.
My first visit with Sunny was just over two months ago. The waiting area is cheerful, light and every one there is super nice without being annoying. The spa area is calm, quiet and peaceful. Rather than tables, they have these chairs that tilt back — they are amazing!!!
Sunny pointed out the areas of concern on my skin and provided me with some simple ways to take care of my face and improve it. She recommended some products, but was not pushy about it. I purchased some of the Peter Thomas Roth line she suggested and WOW — after two months my skin is looking amazing!
I plan on seeing Sunny at Facelogic for the foreseeable future. It’s a wonderful atmosphere, nice people, AMAZING FACIAL and really great value.

I went in for my first bikini sugar ever~ never done sugaring at all before… Oh was it less painful than waxing by FAR! omg. and Stacy the clinician was nice, knowledgeable, and great at her job!
She knew all the right things to suggest afterwards — using sugar and olive oil from my kitchen to exfoliate the area to help prevent in-​grown hairs.
Then we did my eyebrows — waxing — they look awesome! She asked me before cleaning up an area next to my arch, just in case I wanted it to be bigger/​fuller than she thought was good (I didn’t — that’s exactly how I usually have it done).
She was very experienced and I LOVE how everything looks!

I took my wife to this location based on the value and specials they had (buy one get one free). They offer facials for teens and men as well in addition to their signature facial and specialized custom facial treatments like microdermabrasion, waxing, makeup, etc). Good service, good value, and a different spin on facials. Try it out as an alternative to the expensive spas, you’ll like what you see.

If you want the best facial possible Facelogic is the place to go; after-​all, it is what they specialize in. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable which made me comfortable and confident in their ability to put together a custom facial that perfectly met my needs. Not only are the services affordable (about ½ what I’ve paid at other places), they are relaxing AND effective! The results seem to last longer than anywhere else I’ve had facials. Not a single detail is overlooked in creating your experience-​they even offer complementary make up touch-​ups after your service so you leave looking your best. They also do an excellent job of explaining the products they use and their benefits. I can’t wait to go back!

Just got my monthly member facial and after it was over, I just wanted to stay in that awesome facial chair and never get up. It is so relaxing! I feel like I get a new face each time! The facelogic spa is so professional and the quality of each facial is UNBELIEVABLE! This is truly truly a great luxury at an excellent price!
