Sadly disappointed in this local option for cloth diapers. The new location is in Happy Nest, a play center for kiddos. Its a tiny space, poorly lit, and the person who helps you is the cashier for Happy Nest. She knew nothing about the diapers. I was looking for swim diapers for my kids, and the cashier didn’t even know what one was, and had no idea if they carried them. She helped me look — which was nice, but also annoying because she didn’t know the difference between a fuzzibunz or a thirsties cover. Let alone a swim diaper. She went around reading all the labels on the diapers and thought a thirsties cover was a swim diaper. No better in the help dept than what you might expect at Babies R Us.
So sad bc I prefer to buy from local businesses –especially moms. But in the end, I need the product in a timely manner, at a good price. I prefer in store so I can have knowledgeable guidance for size and brand to best fit my needs. This was not an option from Cozy Baby. Back to reading reviews on amazon and Green mountain
