I love Christy Neimann! She is very professional, prompt, experienced and always puts her client’s needs first. In the year that I have been with State Farm, I have had many questions answered and problems solved with Christy’s team. They are truly the best out there.

Christy Niemann has twice now gone above and beyond my expectations. She helped assist my Parents with some specific insurance needs, and personally took time to help get my claim handled in another instant. She is always prompt via phone or email to respond to my questions or needs which is extraordinarily helpful given how busy my work life is. I very highly recommend her services.

I had an horiable experience here. Very unprofessional. If a client is not happy don’t roll your eyes at them. After all they are paying you good money for your service. I have never had such an awful experience like this one. Do not go here, you will be disappointed greatly

Christy Niemann has completely changed the value this busy dad and business owner places on insurance and agents. Until ten years ago, I was an «auto-​pilot insurance guy» who treated insurance like death and taxes… unpleasant and unavoidable. Because of Christy and her «have you ever thought about this?» approach, I now have coverage right for my vehicles, home, and business that is actually more affordable. My ongoing battery of questions ranging from whether my vehicle policy covers a U-​haul truck I’m renting for a school play to details regarding a two million dollar umbrella policy get quickly answered so I can make informed and cost-​saving decisions. Her response to property damage caused by a recent storm has been speedy, competent, and very fair… traits I have seen for ten years.

Christy has been an amazing resource for my family and me as we figure out our insurance needs. When questions arise she responds right away-​something we did not experience with our previous insurance agent. I can’t recommend this office highly enough!

I used this agency for 10 years and had to stay on top of them constantly to recheck things and make sure they were doing what I asked them to (i.e. adding coverage correctly, changing or canceling coverage, etc…).
Recently I made an oversight and did not follow up after asking for a change in a policy. This mistake on my part cost me a LOT of money. When I finally caught the mistake and called them I received the worst possible customer service I could imagine. Not a single thought of it possibly being a mistake worth fixing or even caring that it happened. Not a «sorry lets see what we can do» or even an acknowledgement of the problem.
10 years as a customer and when I informed them that they could either fix the situation or cancel all my policies, the representative on the phone simply said «Yes I will cancel your policies». I then had to ASK for an email confirmation that it actually happened.
I hope Christy reads this and treats this as a teachable moment and somehow gets her staff to improve their standards when it comes to doing their jobs.
