AT&T

I usually have good arrive here but I will never go to this at&t location. I went in after work with my at&t phone HTC one m9 and I had a new phone screen protector and he where did you get it I said amazon and he said they can’t put it on because its not at&t purchased. But the other at&t stores would put it on there.

The team at this store was so on point. Being greeted by a very enthusiastic gentleman right when I walked in. «oh hellllo superstar!»
Awe yay! So friendly! He seems to know my life! Lol
Anyhow, the wait was only a minute or so. Julia helped me with my microcell purchased and also gave me some saving advice. Very appreciated.

The store is small, clean, and modern, and it’s easy to see what’s available on display. I like the customer service system of checking people in so they can browse while they wait, and the display that shows exactly how many people are ahead on the line.
Another reviewed commented that they automatically add phone insurance to everything, and this was my experience as well. That said, it’s six bucks, and when your teenager’s new iPhone is stolen, you’ll consider it money well spent. I distinctly remember declining the insurance when we bought the phone and it was offered, and yes, I was a little pissed that it was on my bill after that … right up until I needed it.
When the phone was stolen, the store staff could not have been more helpful, arranging for a new phone ASAP and explaining how everything worked. Easy-​easy, and my daughter had a new phone within 48 hours. They also disabled the old phone immediately and made it worthless to the thieves. I’m not sure which made me happier, but since it was overall a good experience — four stars.

This store handled by problem so poorly. Blamed their incompetence on new technology that they hold in their hands while waiting on you. Staff seems inexperienced and there are a lot of them standing around talking to everyone but the customer.

I haven’t been to a lot of AT & T stores to compare with, but this store definitely has one of the worst customer service ever. They deliberately hide charges and fees to mislead customers. While getting a new connection, they just mention monthly fees and never reveal one time charges & activation fees. Even after asking explicitly, they say there is no additional fees and you end up getting a fat bill. I was told that a new line costs only $ 15 per month. But in the bill, there was additional $ 20 activation and $ 7 insurance. I have experienced this multiple times. When I tried to complain to the store manager, she did not care much and was neither interested in improving their service nor in retaining customers. You are definitely better off avoiding this store.

1)To Management: Please ensure customer reps are not adding mobile insurance as a default on the customer account when new phones are purchased, and that full disclosure is provided. While I agree that the onus is on the customer to review their bill every month, when life happens and we miss 6 months of bill reviews, it’s upsetting when we find charges that we 1) never wanted and 2) were never disclosed.
2) its clean and well stocked, from my experience. I’ve only ever had one experience where the rep was kind of a jerk but I think it was late that evening and they were super busy, so I get it. Otherwise everyone else is very pleasant to work it.

Service is horrible and they lie to you to get what they want. I bought a gift for husband the note 4. Originally bought in black. I SPECIFICALLY asked if he could exchange color if it was unopened and not activated. I asked if I was going to be charged a restocking fee. The guy who helped me Robert told me NO I would NOT get charged.
Come to find out when going to exchange the UNOPENED AND UNACTIVATED BRAND NEW PHONE for white, they told me I would need to pay $ 35 for restocking fee. I spoke to Robert and he told me I must have misunderstood him. I then spoke to the manager and she basically told me she couldn’t help me but I could get a discount on an accessory! I DONT NEED ANY ACCESSORIES, I JUST WANT TO CHANGE THE COLOR OF MY PHONE! Talk about not understanding your customers needs! Basically she told me that’s all she could do for me. I called 611, told them what happened they said in their policy it does state that as long as box is unopened the fee could be waived. WOW! That simple. Took less than 10 minutes for the nice customer service lady on the phone to credit me the restocking fee and I went to store and exchanged.
What I don’t understand is why neither bellevue store or Redmond store managers did not even try to help me with something so simple.

I usually shop at the Woodinville AT&T store but they were out of the iPhone 6 that I was looking for so the store associate there directed me to go to Redmond to pick up the phone I wanted. I drove from Woodinville to Redmond to get the phone at about 4:30 in the afternoon on a Friday, traffic was bad and I was prepared for that. When I arrived at the Redmond store they seemed to be a little busy but nothing that was overwhelming. I was greeted and told it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait. Why this wasn’t conveyed before making the 45 minute drive I don’t know.
As I was siting there I noticed an associate call over a women and I listened as he started asking her questions. From what she said, she had been there for 20 minutes waiting only to find out that they were out of the screen protector that she wanted. That is all, a simple screen protector! Even she asked «why couldn’t someone have told me that 20 minutes ago?». It was ridiculous! After about 20 minutes I began to look around and there was a women who had walked in right before me and was being called over for assistance. I felt like I was next. Then as soon as another associate freed up they instantly started helping a man who has arrived way after me. I figured no big deal, mistakes happen. Then another customer who had obviously arrived after me was called up. That was it, it had been 30 minutes and I had been skipped over twice, both times the manager looked right at me.
I understand a store gets busy, I put in a lot of time in retail and I respect that but what I saw there was a store full of associates not wanting to make the customer happy or even do their job but instead to try and sell a ton of loaded on crap. A female associate was escorting a man around going from tablets to home automation to cell phones and rambling on and on. The man’s kids and wife even showed up then left about 10 minutes later. I get that you need to sell products but these people are just shoving it down his throat. Maybe if they backed away from the used car salesman tactics and focussed on selling they would do better.
In the end I wound up walking out of that store. They lost a sale of two iPhones and I went BACK to my original store, that I had bought from before, and picked up one phone. The second I will travel to Everett another day and get.
This may sound like a rant of an unsatisfied customer but I see this from both sides. The Woodinville store attempted to sell me things but wasn’t pushing it. They got me the phone, showed me a couple other options and I left very happy. Maybe its AT&T that is pressuring there store employees but Redmond was a little too aggressive and long winded. Your not selling people a second mortgage, it’s just a cell phone!!! Ive been with AT&T for almost 8 years and I’ve never been into a store like the one I visited today in Redmond. I should have just gone to a Staples or Best Buy. I still would have had to listen to the over priced sales tactics but at least I could have watched TV or looked at a washer and dryer while waiting forever.

tldr: terrible service, poorly trained reps
I got an unlocked phone, went in to get a nano SIM installed and while doing so inquired about alternative plans and was told I could move into a cheaper plan i.e. from $ 60 to $ 45 (after discounts etc). I was thrilled and opted in.
A week later my statement shows an amount of 75 $ due! I go back in and another rep says several mistakes were made and the store can’t help and I need to call ATT customer service.
It doesn’t help that my old plan is no longer offered, so I can’t go online and change things myself. ATT customer service is a black hole and I insisted they do something. After much back and forth between rep and a manager (who I never did see but more on that) I got back on my old plan.
Next I discovered that my roll over minutes had not been re-​instated and that took just as long to re-​instate. Each time the rep would try to blow me away and I’d have to remind her that I was in the store because one of her colleagues had screwed up really badly.
All in all this was a lousy experience and I hope I never need to go back.
The irony of it is that when i look at the plans offered on ATT site, I discovered that there is a plan offered at the same cost as my old plan (which I finally switched back to) which also offers 1 extra GB of data and unlimited voice and text.
I just don’t have the energy to deal with ATT customer service and am looking forward to getting off contract

Service at store is fast, but lack quality. the sales person missed led me to buy insurance without explaining that the deductible was ²⁄₃ the price of a new phone. complaint to the AT&T, BBB, and their insurance company without use.

My family switched wireless carriers and went into the AT&T store to get set up. We were promptly greeted by a friendly associate, Madeline. She patiently helped us through whole process and made sure that our prior two phone numbers were correctly ported over. There was no upsell pressure and our visit was efficient and addressed everything we needed to accomplish. I’d recommend visiting this location if you are looking to set up new service.

I was really disappointed with them.
I went there twice and my perception is that they lie to you about orders, and about technical details.
First visit: I was looking for a phone for myself. The guy (I forgot his name) was explaining to me Nokia and HTC. At some point, he commented that Mega Pixels of cameras do not really make any difference, it is just a hoax. He was trying to sell me a device with very low mega pixels. Hello? Go read some technical details buddy.
Second: I went to get a new phone for my wife. I specially told the sales guy (Steven) that I will be traveling outside of USA after a week and I need it before I leave. He told me that it will arrive before I leave and he placed the order. When I got back home and checked the online receipts, it is clearly mentioned that the order will be shipped after I leave the country.
Be AWARE! They will place your order, but they will not help you AT ALL to cancel your order. They mention it is their policy.
I believe their policy is «Tell a lie to the Customer as long as you can sell a device»

This store is in Redmond Town Center. I always prefer this store over any other ATT store as I find the staff in this store friendly and always ready to listen to you and understand what you are looking for rather than trying to sell services. The store is also big and situated in the middle of the (Redmond) town. I have always been happy coming out of this store!

This AT&T store is located in Redmond Town Center. I like that this store is quite large, and their inventory is pretty vast. They had some phones that the AT&T store in Bellevue Square didn’t have.
It’s still an AT&T store though, and usually the experiences here are so-​so.

I came in with a cell phone issue that was incredibly frustrating to me. Vesna M. Calmly troubleshooted, assisted, fixed and sent me on my way with a happy resolution so that I will continue to use my new beautiful galaxy note 3.

BE AWARE of ‘Certified Like NEW’
–no one year Apple warranty
–only 60days At & T Warranty done over the mail and not thru a store
–my Iphone 5 Certified like NEW was defective… it would not charge as usual. Normally it should take only 2 hrs to fully charge to 100%, mine needed to be plugged over 8 hrs to fully charge. Now I have to go thru the hassle over mailing back this phone to get another «Certified» phone
–At & T should have checked this basic charge feature before selling is as «Certified New»

Every time I enter this store I’m always greeted and addressed. The reps have iPads so that they can pull up account info quickly which is nice.
I have been to this store multiple times, but my best experience was with Jason S. I had an issue with one of my upgraded phones, he informed and educated me on the best solution possible. He gave my family and I his undivided attention. If you’ve experienced less than stellar customer service at this store, ask for Jason by name. He’s very genuine and helpful! I’m in the customer service business myself, so I’m always grading my experiences anywhere I go. I definitely give Jason an A+!

Having worked at a cell phone company before, I’m no stranger to good/​bad service, but yikes, young’n with the iPad in front, look up cause there are people standing in front of you waiting to be helped.
I get people who don’t like their job, but honestly, if you’re only job is to greet people and hand them off to other representatives that are doing FAR more than you, you should probably try harder. Unforunately, never got the help we wanted, so I’ll go again and see if my opinion changes.
