I had a flood, Chuck came out right away and gave me options. He was honest and did not do the work and charge. He felt the floor and drywall needs to be replaced and there should be an insurance claim. I was happy he did not needlessly take my money. I will work with them in the future.

24 hour flood response was a life saver. I was awaken by a horrible water leak and they came right away in the wee hours of the morning. The representative was very informative, answered all questions in regards to insurance, and quoted me a reasonable price. They got the job done in a reasonable time as well. I would definitely recommend anyone to use this company.

Worst experience ever. Came to my house for a small amount of water from a water heater. Employee just wanted to begin work said not to worry your insurance will pay, all you have to pay for is your deductible. Went to find my insurance papers to check amount of deducible but was not sure of amount after looking at them. 24 Hour employee looked at my insurance papers and assured me that my deductible was only $ 500. I then told him I think we should wait so that I could double check to make sure that my deductible is only $ 500. Employee said no need to, I have seen a million insurance papers and I assure you your deductible is only $ 500. I again said I think we should check but all he wanted was for me to sign his contract and get started. I took his advise gave him $ 500 signed his contract. About a week later I find out that my deducible is actually $ 2546. If I new my deductible was this high I would have considered other options for the little water I had. They called me a lair and that the employee said he never said that. I would never do business with this company again and I advise whoever reads this to do the same.

Horrible experience. 24 hour flood response falsified charges by working 4 additional days beyond when we asked them to stop working on the 25th of November. Their failure to collect their equipment resulted in about $ 5k additional charges. Not to mention the fact that when we first spoke with them, we was told that the ENTIREJOBINCLUDINGDRYWALLREPLACEMENT would only cost around $ 10k. When we asked for documentation for the additional cost, they were not able to provide explanation. Finally, we were able to get an itemization from them, but they never would put into writing the adjustment promised to keep in line with what Allstate was willing to pay them. Let me tell you something… No competent business is going to hand over a check for over $ 11,000 without an invoice especially when dealing with an outfit such as theirs. It doesn’t take a genius to see that they were attempting to collect the check with the intention of promptly turning around and billing us the difference after all. From their ever changing price tag that NEVER appeared in writing as an estimate even when prompted to do so, to their incompetence of not knowing how to collect from the insurance company(we had to walk them through the process) to their refusal to send out a correct invoice, and lastly their threatening and terrorist behavior in front of our toddler 4 months later…(the actually had the audacity to show up at our private residence like mobsters collecting money) We honestly don’t know how their company stays in business. We honestly have never seen a more hostile and unprofessional means of conducting business.

Hired them to do a kitchen Put Back. We’ve been without our kitchen for 4 months now. They required money UPFRONT(out of pocket) to start the job. While waiting on insurance payments, we had to purchase our own materials(more out of pocket). They appear to be in no hurry to finish the job. Perhaps, because their expenses have been more than covered by the money they’ve already received. The thing is, we can’t get our final insurance payment until the job is complete to our satisfaction. When, and if the job is finished, we’ll change the review rating to include the work. But based on the fact that there appears to be no incentive to complete the work, the stress of not having a kitchen for this length of time, and what it could end up costing us if they don’t pull through, we wouldn’t recommend this company. I reality, ANYCOMPANYTHATREQUIRESMONEYUPFRONT to start a job shouldn’t be trusted. The only incentive for a contractor to completed a job to the customers satisfaction is if they, themselves are financial vested in the completion of the job. Don’t make our mistake.

Very professional and helped calm our nerves and consers about the water damage. Easy to work with and every employee was extremely kind and great to work with.
