Seattle Prestige Town Car Service

My first six rides:
1^st — Perfect service. Excellent ride. I was driven by Titus and I was convinced this would be my new go-​to town car service. He exhibited the utmost professionalism and was an excellent conversationalist as well as a very safe and conscientious driver.
2^nd — Second ride was ok with a side of frightening. Driver was holding a cell phone and driving way above speed limit at first. He also partook in some Stevie wonder bump action and was very aggressive in traffic. Older car. Air conditioner was cranked way up which didn’t do my hangover any favors. Smelled like old spice.
3^rd — Third ride was excellent– very kind, safe driver who was on time and very attentive; took care of all luggage and provided mints and water.
4^th ride — Awful. A young, hungover, wrinkled and disheveled guy arrived 20 min late and was one of the worst drivers I’ve ever seen. I swear he was on drugs. (He was fired immediately thereafter)
5^th ride — Very nice man, on time, good convo, but no water and no extras.
6^th ride — A frickin’ Prius showed up as town car service. A blue Prius. For a second, I thought I’d accidentally ordered UberX. I was so confused. There was no water, no conversation because the driver spoke zero English, he was five minutes late and he tried to charge me the same rates!
The sixth ride promoted me to talk to management. After all the inconsistencies and missing Titus terribly (at this point, I found out he was the manager), I had to say something. Up until rude #6, I stuck with Prestige’s service — mostly because of Titus. But ride #6 was unacceptable, so I texted Titus and jet him know about all the rides, asking for an explanation for the vast discrepancies in service.
Titus was very kind and he rectified the situation. He also explained that, at times, they have to contract out different companies and he’s rarely aware of how those companies operate unless someone like me tells him about it.
Titus made sure that he was my driver for the next ride and we ended up sharing stories and developing a friendship over that ride and subsequent rides.
Eventually, Prestige was sold to Titus and he is now the owner. (Hooray!) He has really focused on customer service and cares immensely about his patrons. If anything goes wrong during a ride, Titus wants to hear about it. Unfortunately, there are few (if any) as good as Titus on the east side, and he gets very busy. Sometimes he still has to contract out to folks who don’t so as good a job as he, but he always warns me and always follows up to ensure my continued satisfaction.
Titus makes every experience pleasurable and has my full trust in being my safe, comfortable transporter. He’s an excellent driver and has my total confidence. Plus, he’s a super nice guy, very funny, and I now consider him to be a friend.

M wife and I just returned from a short visit to San Diego to meet our new Granddaughter and celebrate her older sister’s 4^th Birthday. I decided to call on Seattle Prestige for the trip to and from the airport based on a previous wonderful experience, and they didn’t fail to deliver another very positive experience, and at a reasonable price! The driver, Albert, was extremely courteous and professional — he even called to wish us a safe return flight! We have additional trips planned for later this year and will definately use SP again — professionally door to door, stress free service and no airport parking hastles — it doesn’t get much better!
