My Gradfather has a storage unit at Stor-​N-​Lock and Pam is always very helpful with him. Pam always escorts him to his unit and keeps an eye on him as he is older and sometimes needs help and i live out of town and cant help him, but Pam always makes him feel secure. Never seen such great customer service, true caring people, thank you Pam! I tell everyone i know that Stor-​N-​Lock is the best.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
They will do whatever they can to scam you into spending more money.
They are very unprofessional.
Not clean.
Hidden fees.
I will never be going back here. And I would not recommend these units to anyone!
There are plenty of other companies and in this area. Pick anyone but this one!
If you store with them you will be tricked into fees and spending to much. You will regret it.
