Where is the other reviews and how did you get them deleted? I still have not only defective Windows shutters but one is not even the right size shutters and different from the rest of the house. By far the worst company for any service I’ve dealt with. SAVE A HEADACHEDON’T HIRETHISPEOPLE.

Through Angie’s List it was advertised shutters through Pedrino. I received the shutters a long time after the order. I gave the FINAL payment(foolishly) to Joe from Pedrino and did not have the shutters. I waited three more weeks(on top of the 6 weeks already) before the shutters arrived. Shutters arrived with work man and his wife who was not assisting him but looking around the room.(I d o not know why she was with him. It seemed odd.) The shutters were damaged. The shutter guy placed some putty on the shutter and demanding payment. I told him I paid in full. The man refused to leave my Master Bedroom with his wife. I had to call Joe from Pedrino to have him tell the guy that it was paid in full. Joe did tell him and only then did the man and his wife leave the Master Bedroom. I thought it was just an issue with this person… apparently it was an issue with the Pedrino and All American Shutter Guys.

Had shutters installed in May 2015, still waiting to get some problems fixed, framing off and some cracked louvres that were not noticed during installation. They were supposed to come back on June 5th, they called and cancelled saying they needed to reschedule, they never called back so I did and now they keep giving me the run around and still will not schedule anyone to come back out. Needless to say this whole experience dealing with them has been a huge headache, I wish I went with another company. Don’t let the nice smooth talking salesman and saleswoman fool you, yes they are very nice and you feel that you can trust them but this company is not professional! I would not recommend to anyone.

Pretty bad experience. Found them through CL(and it’s because of this and one other recent experience that I’ll never hire someone I found on CL again). A sales guy came out, gave his pitch and I bit. I was told«3 – 4 weeks» on delivery. About 3 weeks in, I called and was given an install date. The morning of the install, I get a call and am told«looks like we have to push it out. The sales guy is not answering his calls and we need some info, blah, blah». My wife took some pics for them and apparently that was what they needed. We were told that«we’ll have your shutters installed on a specific date the following week». That date comes along and I call that morning to confirm that they were showing up, and we’re told that the shutters aren’t done. So now we’re 2 weeks behind and no one can say when the shutters will be done. I finally talk to the guy who is apparently the builder/installer and I complain to him and tell him the shutters had better be darn perfect, at this point, given all we’ve been through with the rescheduling and all the inconvenience around it. He tells me that I’m «threatening» him and says that he’ll return my deposit so that I can pay someone else 2X for the shutters! I did finally get my deposit back – and yes, I did find a new shutter company, for 10% more. And given that I’m finding other terrible reviews, I’m glad I did get my money back. The quality shown in the pictures is really bad. Just to be clear, the company I dealt with is actually an interior decorating contractor who uses All American Shutter Guys to supply their shutters, so if you call them from an ad, say on CL, you might not be calling AASG. But it turns out that AASG is who builds and does the install, and they apparently use other companies as their sales channel. But this was simply an awful experience.
