It was 1:30am and called them for service. Polite, friendly and awake (bless their heart), they got the job done! Only waited 20 mins. Very thankful!

This is a very unreliable company.(if you can call them that), made the mistake of giving them a check after they rekeyed the house but said there was an issue with the security screen. They were suppose to come back the next day. We are now on day 4 and still no lock on screen. Every phone call would end in «be there in an hour» and never show… I would not recommend this company to rekeyed my dog house …
