Joey Reger

My husband and I booked Joey in March for our wedding in July, we were promised the «best deal around». I took the time to make lists of specific photos I wanted and let Joey know of two specific edits I wanted for two photos (a Star Wars droid attack and we bought sparklers for another). When the big day came, Joey was unorganized and didn’t do anything my list had asked. He had from 1:00pm-6:30pm to take all the photos requested but upon delivery of the photos it was a failure. When it came to providing us the photos, what a joke. All of them had the same filter and there were more photos of drinks and shoes than family and friends. And the two edits were not in them. Disappointed isn’t even a word I would use in this case. Joey Reger broke his own contract and paid us back $ 100 for a photo book because he didn’t want «disappoint» us more. So much for customer service. $ 100 for hush money. We weren’t given an engagement photo shoot either we wanted a maternity shoot instead and when we asked for our money back, Joey said no we could gift it out. Why would we give a gift of unhappiness and heartache? Our wedding day was not captured at all. We have gone as far as hiring a new photographer and staging our wedding to get the photos of our day. Joey Reger was a terrible business man with poor customer service.

Joey was the videographer for our wedding. He also provided the Photo Booth, which was very compact, he provided awesome props, and the photo quality was great. He was amazing, kept things light, and was very professional. We would recommend his talent to anyone for wedding videography.
