Travis and his staff really helped us out when our car wouldn’t start yesterday so I came on to give him a great review and was SO surprised that there was anything negative about his office! I have to say that we have had nothing but prompt phone call returns and in the insurance review that we had a few months back he actually saved us money on our home insurance and got is MORE coverage! If you are looking for an amazing agent that will have your best interest in mind ahead of profits Travis is your man!!! State Farm should change their slogan to «Like a good neighbor, Travis is there!» Just saying.

Redding, CA
Staff is friendly and cheerful but not always prompt on returning calls. Also have an issue with this office for not informing me of changes with my policy, I feel that I should always be notified of ANY changes. Nope. And communication could use improvement. They never know what’s going on in my account and always have to call corporate and that takes forever. Maybe I should just get insurance with a corporation and not an agent? Anyways, they mean well but they really suck at running a business.
