Meet the Business Owner

Peter L.

Business Owner

Peter Lim was actually the founder of Lim’s Café. He immigrated to the United States in his teen years. First arriving in Red Bluff to work in one of the hotels there. Then he went to Redding to work in the restaurant business. When he was in his thirties, he was drafted into the Army and served in World War II. Peter was stationed in Europe and served as a scout and earned a Purple Heart. He returned home to Redding and settled into the restaurant business. It was Peter’s goal to offer an honest meal at an honest price.
