Established in 2005.

By bringing together strategy, vision, technology, a love for business and ultimately a passion for the community, Jeterbuilt Construction was born in 2005

Scott has loved electricity and building with his hands since he received his first electricity set from his parents at age nine. He also had a natural entrepreneurial gift that spilled into him selling candy bars at school and ornaments to his neighbors and even installing stereos in cars.

In 2013 we began the transition out of general construction and into more specialized trades of: Electrical, Alumawood Patio Covers, Interior/​Exterior doors, and Fences. All of our employees are experts in their trade and promise to provide you with an excellent Jeterbuilt experience.

Business Owner

Scott has loved electricity and building with his hands since he received his first electricity set from his parents at age nine. He also had a natural entrepreneurial gift that spilled into him selling candy bars at school and ornaments to his neighbors and even installing stereos in cars. A Redding native and Shasta High School graduate, Scott has been a professional in the electrical trade for over 15 years and in general construction for 10 years. Scott served in the USAF for four years, where he was an electrician on the U2 spy plane. Cool, huh? He also worked as a laser engineer, performing maintenance and working in Research and Development. He received his Project Management degree (BSIS) from the University of San Francisco. Since Scott’s innate ability to make money and put smiles on people’s faces started early on, Jeterbuilt Construction was a naturally unfolding. After he relocated back to Redding in October 2005, Jeterbuilt Construction, Inc. was established.

I recently used JeterBuilt to replace the lights in my office. They were very professional and timely in replacing and upgrading them to more energy efficient options that were a vast improvement over the older ones. Jeterbuilt exceeded our expectations with their professionalism, their timeliness, their friendliness and positive attitudes while on the job, the fairness of their pricing, their teamwork, their neatness during and after their work, and their thoroughness of the entire job. They installed 2 security doors, and at a later time, we asked them back to repair our gate and fence. They went above and beyond, providing a quality fix of our gate by welding the fixtures. There is no doubt that we will call them again and would recommend their work to our friends!

Jeterbuilt has helped us time and time again, always with professional, fast service. We had a flood in our home last winter and they had someone on site within an hour of my phone call. They immediately got things under control to stop the damage and then began repairs. The kept us updated during the repairs and worked directly with our homeowners insurance adjustor so we didn’t have to. I would highly recommend Jeterbuilt Construction.

Called last month to get an estimate. Someone came out to do an estimate. They were late for the appointment. Estimator said I would get my estimate via email the following Monday… Still waiting to this very day. Moved ahead with a different fencing company for far less the $$$. Over promised and under whelming delivery.

Jeterbuilt Construction has the best Alumiwood structures around. They are professional and get the job done right the first time. I love the fact that you do not have to just settle for one design, you can choose your own from big to small to HUGE and they build it to what you want. You can add extras such as ceiling fans, lighting etc. You can always rely on Jeterbuilt to put a smile on your face from the beginning of the job to the end. Call them today and get your shade on

I recently acquired a home with a lot of water damage and a deck that was falling apart. My realtor referred me to Jeterbuilt and it’s been a wonderful experience. I’ve worked primarily with Chrissy and Lisa and they are responsive, charming, helpful and professional. They’ve handled both large and small jobs for me, from renovating all my bathrooms and bedrooms to rebuilding my deck and adding on beautiful deck lighting. I also trust them with style decisions when I cannot be there to make the final call.
I cannot recommend them enough for a no-​stress, incredibly satisfying work relationship. I plan on continuing with them for all my future home projects.
