I had a facial with Desiree and it was so relaxing. I felt like she took her time and did a really good job massaging the face, neck and shoulders. She used Dermalogica products a brightening scrub and oatmeal mask. After the mask she put Power Serum on me. My skin looked so hydrated! I was glowing for the rest of the day! It feels so smooth! Thank you so much for taking good care of my skin!!!

A friend recommended that i see maricella for a massage months ago and when i went for my appt she showed up at least 10 min late. She was so nice and did a wonderful massage so it made up for the being late part. So i just schedule one again last week, got a message the day before that i needed to call maricella myself to confirm because they could not get a hold of her on her cell. I thought that was odd and a little unprofessional. So i called and was unable to leave a message. Then got a call back with a voicemail from maricella stating that she was confirming and would be there for my appointment. So i show up the next day for my appointment there was no one in the building, gates were locked. I was the only car in the parking lot. So i waited 20 minutes for her to show up and she did not. I called and left a message on their machine. I left and went back home to my husband and kids. I was actually very dissapointed and upset. I work hard and have a lot of back pain. Never received a call from them or a message apologizing. I was very surprised that a «spa» would be so rude. They clearly don’t know that word of mouth travels fast. I have already taken my business elsewhere.

ive tried this place numerous times. even got friends gift cards & unfortunately we’ve all had bad experiences here. wanted to like it so bad, as it is in a convenient location for me&redding doesnt have a huge variety in spas. but wont be going back anymore. Completely unprofessional, the owner Cheryl Ann is completely rude, and the friends i sent in there with gift cards were treated so poorly by her i was furious. After many bad experiences there I decided to try the owner for a facial, thought i would have better luck. boy was i wrong, no exaggeration, it was the worst facial ive ever had. she rushed through it&kept leaving the room and disappearing for a few minutes at a time. then when i was done¬iced not only did she leave&stop the facial numerous times, but she didnt even go the full time. ive spent good money at this place&have had it with poor services& rude treatment! spare yourself &go to urban retreat or a different spa in town.

I consider myself a spa snob…, this place did NOT disappoint! Maricela gives an amazing massage, the facial was excellent and the staff courteous and prompt. Love this place!!!

I had a gift certificate here and when I looked up the reviews, I was kind of bummed to see negative experiences from previous customers. Not reading too much into it, I called about booking a facial. I was so excited that they were able to book me for that very day, as I am going out of town and was hoping to get in before I left. I even showed up a little early, ready to read my book if they weren’t ready for me and I was welcomed and accommodated. The spa is very cute and nicely decorated. My facial with Shannon was very relaxing and enjoyable. She was friendly and easy-going, and the arm massage she gave was so lovely. She even offered to put makeup(they carry Jane Iredale mineral makeup) on me after my facial. I will be going back there again.

What a disappointing experience! I was scheduled for an hour massage and then a microderm abrasion. I arrived 10 min early and was told ‘its gonna be a while’. 18 min after my scheduled appt I was finally taken back. They have 3 or 4 massage rooms and I was taken to one that is in the very front. Not only was the room hot but you hear every person coming in, leaving, and talking at the front desk, completely un-relaxing. The lady who did the massage did do a really great job, she was the only good thing about my whole experience. When she was done and I got dressed i looked at the time and noticed my massage was only 35 min :(I was really disappointed as I booked an hour. I went in next for my micro. The lady that I assume owns the place has her dog running around. When she started I layed down and did not feel comfortable at all. She does not go out of her way to make you feel really comfortable and relaxed. Any other place I’ve been such as Urban Retreat(love it there!!) makes the whole experience so relaxing, she didn’t have the lights dimmed, she left the door open and let her dog walk all around. After a while she finally closed the door and then said something about her dog laying down, I said yeah sure, thinking she meant laying down in the room. But no SHEPICKEDUPHERDOGANDLAYEDITONME! THEDOGSTARTEDSNIFFINGANDLICKINGME! I couldn’t believe it. After continuously moving my legs away from the dog she asked me if he was bothering me and I said well he won’t stop sniffing and licking my legs. So she just told the dog to lay down. It continued so I finally started to get irritated so she took the dog and set him down. So on top of that she has grabbed the dog and set him on the table, and then put him down without even washing her hands either time before continuing to work on my skin. I’m sure I had dog hair on my face. I was completely disgusted. I went to the front and said I was not paying for an hr as it was only 35 min, and she was like well we were running behind and needed to catch up. This was the most un-professional disappointing experience I have ever had at a business. I will NEVER return and will tell everyone I know to never go.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend Finelines to anyone. I give them an additional star for cleanliness and because the place is cute. But it’s the answering machine you get when you call(although they’re pretty good at calling back the following day). Each time I went(I purchased a package of different services) I felt the professionalism and knowledge of the staff quite lacking. I have never received a worse pedi, my facial was simple and rushed and the massage was more like a rub-down. Really disappointing…

I purchased what I thought would be a fun promotional offer of several spa services to try at Finelines. Unfortunately, I have NOTHING good to say about the customer service I received from Patsy and Linda. Patsy, the R.N. massage therapist, and Linda, their associated manicurist, are both rude and abrasive over the phone and in person, and it created a very off-putting impression of the place. I came close to walking out after five minutes in there yesterday when I went in for my treatments. I am only glad I stayed for one reason: Whitnee, who was my facialist. She managed to turn it around in the end with her warmth and graciousness about the situation. On a sidenote, my skin looked VERY good when I woke up this morning! Whatever you put on it smelled so good, too! I have your card, and will be happy to follow you if you were to ever move on, :-) I spoke to both Patsy and Linda a total of five times over the telephone, and I felt put off each time by their brusqueness. People like them should NOT be answering phones! Patsy was even more so in person. Because of them, I will not be back. In addition, I noticed that the floors of the massage room were dirty underneath a stack of pillows in the corner.(I needed to grab one for underneath my stomach while lying on the massage bed.) As for my manicure appointment, I will not even bother re-scheduling with Linda at this point. I get the feeling that if she has a tendency to be snappish over the phone, she could be even worse in person. I would rather have an appointment like this be with someone pleasant!!! I am embarrassed that I also purchased one of these offers for my mother. Ironically enough, the whole point for doing promos such as the one I purchased is to increase clientele volume, but the only effect I perceive it having is spreading the word that you may receive rotten customer service!
