I don’t know who Stephen Mullen is but our real estate team used New Penn in Reading for THREE transactions and they were all declined. Didn’t let us know until the very last minute on each one, never so worried about deposits in my life because of their incompetence. Then I went to the office here in Reading and it wasn’t even there!, they all work off their cellphones.
